I need a phone number to reach a live customer service agent/supervisor/manager. The appointment call back has been a failure 3x now. Need a solution other than call back.

I have a tech support issue, Fido MAKES you select a call back date/time that is almost always the next day and "only 2 slots" left if same day. I have no service and I am FORCED to wait!?! Where is the queue to wait on phone? UNACCEPTABLE!!
