    When that warranty finishes? Don't call @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions. Even if it was the day before don't call them. Cause their first response is?! "Your warranty has ended we can't help you."

    @Fidomobile, I've spent over an hour trying to get a situation resolved and all I'm hearing is "I do apologize..." and gaslighting abiut the situation. After 1 hr+ a "supervisor" hung up on me. Why does your customer service suck so damn bad lately?

    @Fidomobile guys your home Internet service wait times are atrocious! Some of us are stuck at home in quarantine. We cant spend time standing outside making calls if we need assistance. And the phone signals in basement homes are not great!

    @Fidomobile called to ask about internet connection. Your rep didn’t know the answers to my questions and customer service supervisor Daniel refused to speak to me.

    @Fidomobile Fido, you suck. Your service is terrible, and your “customer service” reps are extremely rude and should not be working in the customer service industry. So disappointed after being a loyal customer of 12 years.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions it’s been a nightmare with you guys, everyday you keep on changing the words and one of the worst service I have ever experienced.

    @Fidomobile I got chrged $50 for LD calling for July. LD is already included in my plan since i get into contract with FIdo from Nov 2019. It's not mentioned any end date of the LD service in contract. These are fraudulent charges and needs to be taken back.

    I wish more people talked about @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions and their lackluster services and how they try to gaslight you when you need help from them. @CBCToronto
