Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

I cannot update it on the phone, I CANNOT GET A REAL PERSON…and it prompts me to go to your website. TRASH!
