@Fidomobile You could have done what #telus and #koodo have done by making the calls and texts free to #iran at this point of time. you lost many people's trust by Internet outage few months ago and it could be a tiny step to make that up!

@Fidomobile Called customer service and was told to schedule a callback using a link sent by text. Requested it twice, no text has arrived (it’s been 30 mins).
