    @Fidomobile your internet isn't working. I am working from home. I tried to call but your call centre says it isn't open at this hour. Absolutely disgusted by this service. What are customers even paying for?

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Its now the 5th day w/o internet. I hv missed 2 days of work and tomorrow is going to be the 3rd. All I'm hearing from CS team is that the IT team needs to resolve this and v don't have an ETA. U have lost a loyal customer (3yrs). Ordered another service provider.

    @Fidomobile Its L6P 3X2, I canceled service because of interruptions, lower upload speed, No static IP plans

    Man @Fidomobile has the worst customer service and overall the worst phone company I’ve ever been with. #awful

    @Fidomobile @sahil singh was provided really good customer service. He helped me to resolve my all the issues and really really provided great service.
