I set up 3 calls through 611 to talk to a person and 3 times did not receive a call at all yet did receive voicemails that stated I was unreachable. Please fix this

Molevanna (@SleeperMole) reported@Fidomobile When you call Fido 611 and request a person call you back… they set the time up however they never call you, instead they do leave voicemails saying that you were unreachable. Very frustrating and very poor customer service
