  @Bruce_Winter @Fidomobile The master of the…shuffle off to somebody else. Can’t find a single person who will say ‘I will fix the problem.’ Brand new phones don’t generally have SIM cards with hundreds of contacts in them do they?

  @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done

  @Fidomobile hey Fido, I accidentally added. Us travel pass to my daughters number which is currently set as the default (it shouldn’t be). Customer support says the 50$ charge is going through and cannot be moved. She is nowhere close to the us and I’m here now. Please explain the logic.

  Was a @Fidomobile customer for 18 years and cancelled today. They added a $5 charge to my already too-expensive plan and have been unwilling to keep me (not that you can actually talk to someone) Can’t wait for the win-back call in 2 weeks where suddenly they have flexibility
