@Bruce_Winter @Fidomobile The master of the…shuffle off to somebody else. Can’t find a single person who will say ‘I will fix the problem.’ Brand new phones don’t generally have SIM cards with hundreds of contacts in them do they?

After missing the service with @Fidomobile with all the @rogers outage, and after having to buy additional data to cover the lousy internet service of Rogers, now fido is billing me three days of roaming without any use of my part.. You guys are terrible

I was on the call for almost 3 hours and yet there is no proper answer. The problem was, @Fidomobile didn’t charge for all the airlines toll free calls. @Fidomobile choose randomly to charge the bill three times more than the choose plan. #needresponse

Hey @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions why are you (fraudulently) charging customers for International Roaming when phones are in AirPlane Mode (iPhone) and data roaming is turned off? Happened to two of my mobile number. Customer since 1999. You need to refund these charges ASAP.

@HocKeysidhu @Fidomobile That 2-3 billing cycles is only after the verified the referral. Are you aware there are stipulations with the program? For example, if the referer had not been a customer for 30 days, they wouldn't be eligible to refer.

@Tr_1815 @Fidomobile Some 1-800 numbers are only free of long-distance charges in specific regions. All depends on from where the businesses choose to accept the charges. For example, some 1-800 numbers are only 'free' if called from within US. Also should note that with mobiles service,...

@Fidomobile any reason fido sells devices with known battery defects, misrepresent their goods, then makes you go through 25 different people across 5 calls, and get 3 different types of advice? Also, 2 staff saying they will email us to initiate a refund, but never doing so?
