    @Bruce_Winter @Fidomobile The master of the…shuffle off to somebody else. Can’t find a single person who will say ‘I will fix the problem.’ Brand new phones don’t generally have SIM cards with hundreds of contacts in them do they?

    @Pvt_LegoZombie Oh fido asked me for the address to use this experience as a coaching experience for the store.. but they won't offer nothing or fix anything of the matter all I getvis *sorry can't do nothing* ..what happened to @Fidomobile bein a good company? Lol no holiday spirit

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I lost home internet connection for 3rd time in last 36 hours, everything is messed up because of no internet. Do something 2 get it fixed permanently. Everytime it is taking almost 45 minutes 2 talk 2 customer care. An inefficient support from #fido

    . @Fidomobile since when is it appropriate for your sales representatives at a store I've never been to access my account and text me directly to try and sell me something? Why are your representatives accessing PII without client consent?

    @FidoSolutions Thanks 4 ur response, I wantd 2 let other #fido customers 2 know about ur inefficient customer service. That s d reason, I posted a tweet. Whatever d way of approaching customer service, d way u handle queries will not give any permanent solution. @Fidomobile

    @FidoSolutions Longer mileage with @Fidomobile, 2 phones, shopping for the 3rd line, and I still can’t get promotion my friends are getting without even asking. Customer support: “Promotions are not scientific process, I can’t help you”.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions out Fido home internet is really beginning to suck. Continuously drops and takes a lot of time to come back. With university exams online and business conducted from home we CANNOT have such poor service. Please help
