@FidoSolutions Dear Julien, I m not sure if DM-ing Fido will actually do anything. I spent 45 minutes on the phone only to be talked to condescendingly and no solution. Unless you have some magical customer loyalty and services skills this is a mute point.

@livingsanctuary I don’t know if my Dad is on Rogers or not (‘m on Fido), but I’ve had failed calls and that has never happened before.

@Fidomobile have you blacklisted @oneplus . My 5g phone is not compatible with your new network where you have phased out 3g network . And you are charging unjust charges without notice. The best part is support team says they can't help.

@Fidomobile Your officials at store told me my phone is compatible with new 3g retd. (Interaction# 12434132361), yet you charged me $84 for non compliance.. Why should I pay fine when I was told wrong info from store itself? Its cheating. I can actually take you to court. Help!

@Fidomobile The problem is that I won’t be in Canada at that time. Since I’m leaving before the 4 weeks, I need you to refund my money earlier or in some other way.

@Fidomobile Still "having trouble" scheduling a call-back. I'm getting really frustrated! :(

The customer service at @Rogers and @Fidomobile is awful. I’m a Fido customer and went in person to update my credit card for automatic payments. They mistakenly charged me $726 CAD — from another @Rogers customer! I’m not even a Rogers client. Completely unacceptable.

@Fidomobile Billing problem and your AI chat won't let me reach customer service. The phoneline also refuses to let me make an appointment to talk to someone. Literally can't reach help. This isn't okay.

@Fidomobile it's so difficult accessing customer service with fido, why? You are over charging customers and no customer service to report to.

@Fidomobile Hi, I need to speak with an agent to request a refund for the unused credit on my account. When I call your support, it says there’s an issue coordinating a callback. I believe this may be because my account is cancelled, but I should still be able to get assistance.

@Fidomobile What we need done to the account can't be done on our end, it must be done on Fido's end of things. I need a phone number to reach a live customer service agent/supervisor/manager. The appointment call back has been a failure 3x now. Need a solution other than call back.

@Fidomobile Thanks, but I don’t have an active Canadian line abroad, so I cannot make that call. I’m asking again: please provide an alternative way to cancel my line or proceed with cancellation on your end. I cannot keep paying for a service I can’t use.
