@RogersHelps An email from @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions would have been extremely helpful and would have saved me hours of troubleshooting my phone's lack of cellular service.

@Fidomobile your response to the issues was to shut down all avenues of customer support. You could at least he helping your customers set up wifi calling since you're unable to keep your service running. Instead you in st show us you really don't care.

Hi, This is to report a complaint and to bring your attantion that I am not getting Data coverage on my Fido cellphone connection from the morning (At least 10 hours now)i brampton area. Please try to fix it and compensate for it. @Fidomobile @CCTS_CPRST
