Hey @Fidomobile I know sometime an item can't be availlable, but when it's a used one on your site and it can take up to 2 weeks to ship it, I rather have the option to cancel a two years plan and bring my old one instead so I can use the service i'm paying with a working cell.

@Fidomobile worst customer service! Both n chat box and over phone. Spend 2 hours for a simple request and still waiting over the phone . I will certainly change as soon as found better offer

Hey @Fidomobile . I was just kicked off live chat after waiting almost an hour!! I really need you to stop sending me marking material in the mail. This is the 4th time that I am trying to stop this. We can't even get the service you provide at our current address!!!!

@Fidomobile I have been trying to reach Fido all afternoon by phone, online chat and Twitter message to cancel one of my cell phone lines but no one answers. Why is that? What is your problem?
