    @FidoSolutions . Which she’s been told for the past two months. Is this a reasonable wait time? I don’t know why you or @Fidomobile think this is acceptable customer “service.” She has been a loyal customer for many years but your lack of concern to assist her will make her look elsewhere.

    @Fidomobile.. trying to reach you for more than one week, your in-person customer service is the worst, couldn't help me at all with one simple request. The "deal" you offered from 3 months ago still doesn't work. Planning on changing to a better provider. Thanks!

    This is regarding @Fidomobile i got a bill with extra charges. I recently migrated from chatr to fido for better services but it seems like a mistake. I have been trying to call customer service in chat and via phone from 3 days but i am not able to connect till now @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile Your customer care is just tossing calls with other departments and saying things are slow, wait a minute and then put on hold hoping the caller would terminate. I was in line 1:30 hr before they disconnect only to say hello and confirm identity.
