@Fidomobile why tell me to contact you privately? I DID- I was told sorry, but no can do to reverse roaming charges for a country I was never in.

  • SSSambora Sandy Saragoca (@SSSambora) reported

@Fidomobile All that was done- 2 calls to your customer service dept. I was told that this was unfortunate, but I would still have to pay. Will definitely be looking to switch providers. Very poor customer service.

@Fidomobile - did you silently removed the customer support with only automated dumb IVR? and if the dumb IVR doesn’t understand your ask, it’s ask’s would you prefer a call back from specialist tomorrow or next day or the day after. What about today, what about now? #Fidosucks

  • jaffomtl Jeff Stephens (@jaffomtl) reported

Oh well, spoke to soon @Fidomobile , still no solution to porting my number, so well over 24hrs without access to my phone number and texts, and not able to reach anyone!!! Beyond frustrated at this point!!!

  • KimmerMic Kimberley Michael (@KimmerMic) reported

@Fidomobile customer service has become trash. Website says you can order online to save activation fee then stores refuse to accept the order and tell you you have to come in to store. Horrible customer service experience.

  • dayunto Dale N. (@dayunto) reported

What on earth is going on @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions The app is not working, I can’t access my account, I can’t find a live service agent. Apparently no call back for three more days possible? Got a massive charge on automated billing and I can’t even find out what it is!

  • missey_em missey em (@missey_em) reported

@Fidomobile Beyond frustrated trying to connect with a customer service rep. The automated service is designed to not have the customer be able to speak to a human.

  • afilina 🇺🇦 Anna Filina (@afilina) reported

@Fidomobile You falsely charged me for roaming fees, won't offer me support, and won't cancel my plan. You can't treat customers this way.

@Fidomobile you would actually have more clients if your customer service was actually reachable. Should I take my business to Bell?
