@Fidomobile terrible service and chat does work. Just signed up for a new phone and paid 268.00 down and then site crashes and all the money goes on my bill now have a credit for 268.00. no response from anyone
@Fidomobile I have been with Fido over 5 years and was ok with service. Not estatic but Black Friday was an abomination. Upgrading to a new phone and getting the promotional AirPods and didn’t happen. My day yesterday, and now my morning is a nightmare and no AirPods either. Unnacceptable.
Ridiculously wait time to speak with @Fidomobile to activate a number in my account. This cannot be done online and why should I wait more than 3 hrs to speak with a rep? If I was a new sales I bet my wait time would have been 5min or less! Horrible customer service! Very unhappy
Hey @Fidomobile just signed up yesterday & having some issues. Tried calling 611 & while sitting on hold the call just ended. So....
I took 2 lines from Fido on September but no bill is issued till now and in between both lines got suspended and call the customer to get active again but they have not given the clarification and asked me to call again really very horrible service. @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile
@Fidomobile you guys giving $25 dollar plans to new customers while I'm your existing customer and I'm paying $35 wtf is wrong with you lol
@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile DM'd you (can you take a look), still having issues from the 18th (or so). I get that it's Black Friday weekend, been on hold waiting for someone from technical support for about an hour now. What are the hours for technical support?
@Fidomobile what's the ETA on getting 5G? You're promoting and selling 5G compatible devices but don't have 5G network.
