Heres my experience as a Fido customer. It had been over 8 months since i got my internet i was promised a gift card after 6-8 weeks but had to make at least 6 phones calls for it and no one has reached out. Very disappointed with the service. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @fido

Something very wrong with @Fidomobile I've had #Fido for years and never used more than 1 gig of data. We get new phones and all of a sudden it takes 1 week to hit 2 gigs. I'm on wifi at work and home all the time yet data charges pile up. Something very wrong. Seems fraudulent.

@Fidomobile Fido cell insurance is a scam. I paid it for years, but the first time my screen breaks , I have to send it across the continent to Toronto and go 10 days without a phone? Fido authorized service place fixed it in 40 minutes, but Fido wouldn’t authorize it! $190!!!

...probably 20+hrs on the phone in total. Each time there was a new problem or something wrongly set. By mid-Feb I gave up in frustration and asked them to cancel everything and refund the 3 months. They refused. According to Fido, since... @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

@LOGANHYT10 @Fidomobile As FidoSolutions noted, in this case, 4G and LTE refer to the same network technology. Most North American versions of devices denote that network as LTE whereas most global or international versions will show 4G.

@chantelmegaffin @Fidomobile HI there- if the item was returned using a trackable service, please DM us the tracking number.

...acknowledge this was not an ordinary situation. Yes, technically I was outside the refund period with an active sim card But only because I was strung along for months by Fido with false promises that were never fulfilled, and charged full price for the privilege @Fidomobile
