@Fidomobile Wow! Worst customer service - went in for an upgrade, somehow Fido managed to mess up my accounts so that one account doesn’t work, I can’t access the accounts online and no one will speak to me! Going elsewhere!

@SpencerWallace_ @dinnerwithjulie @Fidomobile Call and ask to cancel. First operator won’t cancel, will transfer you to retention dept. This dept has deals and offers regular customer service does not. Let them woo you w goodies. If unsure at any point, say you’ve gotta think about it and will call back.

Good bye @Fidomobile hello @virginmobilecan. One bar of 3G LTE in my backyard in the middle of St. Catharines was finally enough. I was in a full coverage area in the middle of three towers, but I rarely got service. My mother had the same issue.
