@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions There are some bad eggs in your Fido Montreal Chat support team (Samantha). Blaming the Customer without proper due diligence and abruptly ending the chat is something I haven't seen done in a long time. Hope your Managers take heed #PoorCustomerService

Hey @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions your service has been spotty over the last week in Ottawa K1T 1T2, its so bad, I cannot even call you! Network busy, voice service not available, low quality in the calls, and calls dropped, and direct to voice mail? Are you having network issues?

@Fidomobile worst customer service! Both n chat box and over phone. Spend 2 hours for a simple request and still waiting over the phone . I will certainly change as soon as found better offer

@Fidomobile AVOID FIDO. I have never experienced a company that makes mistakes with zero accountability. 15 calls to customer service for over 10 hours on the phone to fix a problem that isn’t even my fault.
