    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Well! I just returned from a road trip where I decided to use my cell phone for nav rather then purchase a Garmin Drive. Holy cow…for 15 days I am now nursing a $300 bill whereas I could have purchased a nav device for $150. Never again. What a rip.

    @Fidomobile So without warning, @Fidomobile Canada decides it is a good idea to drop all online support for prepaid customers!? So you want to check or manage your acct, CALL the service number. so long sukkers.

    Hey @Fidomobile customers , are you aware that loyal customers are offered 1 gig of data for $45.00 but new customer offers are 6 gigs for $45.00. Just an example of customer loyalty . I don’t use all my data and was looking to reduce my plan . Fido loyalty ?

    @Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

    @Fidomobile Just send him an msg via your internal system, he knows who i am. This is all just so painful. I have wasted hours of time that i will never get back, customer service at FIDO is deplorable.
