I don’t know whether I'm customer of @Fidomobile or their representatives. I’m calling them since last month because of my $569.0 bill I got due to their representative’s miscommunication&now they advising me to quit the network. This is what I should expect from @FidoSolutions

Price to pay for being a continued loyal customer for over a decade.Need more operators in Telecommunications in 🇨🇦 than Rogers/Shaw/Telus/Bell

Apparently @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have customers anymore. Just spoke with their rep, who informed me that they will compensate me for 1 day of outage, i.e. $6.50. I’m switching all my lines to @Bell #rogersoutage #rogersdown
