    Hi, @Fidomobile, disappointed with the service & how issue is being handled. I have been using Fido for last 4 years and deserve better treatment. feel like being scammed. I hv ordered a device and got a faulty one. returned the device bt still forced to use a bigger plan

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Schedule a call back? Dealing with that AI assistant is ridiculous. It's really simple. You sent the wrong phone. You would even have the recording of me ordering it with agent. Just fix this. It's your mistake. #ccts #CustomerSupportFail

    @Fidomobile I am still getting Fido bills despite having a deactivated account. Because of the deactivated account, I cannot reach customer service by phone or through your chat AI. Please help me.
