    @Fidomobile - Some of the worst retention customer service experience ever. An account holder for 15+ years cant get a competitive plan like that of someone who has been on the account for 1 month. Please match your retention with accordance to your competitors. Its disappointing

    @Fidomobile Hello, I need some from your fraud and validation dept to call me. I have NEVER experienced such mental torture. I account was hacked but I have so much ask and fix. I need a call back pls. I work too, so I need a call back a specific time
