Complain about this at least once at week @Fidomobile. My service is crap! One bar IN MY HOUSE. How many calls have I missed? Not sure but I know my doctors can’t get ahold of me! Awesome!!!

@GuerreroGabym @RogersHelps @Fidomobile Its a real crapshoot with Rogers service techs. Most of the time you get the room temperature IQ guys who take a 5min look around, a few tests and tell you they don't know what's wrong. Occasionally you'll get one who will actually do the job well.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile had Avery bad experience with Fido billing error and no response from the credit department either. Issue still not resolved . Hope someone can guide to contact higher authorities.

@Fidomobile i want to pay what i used so please adjust. The agent was extremely unhelpful and said talk to a manager.... the manager was probably the most horrible human i have spoken with in my entire life cont
