    Complain about this at least once at week @Fidomobile. My service is crap! One bar IN MY HOUSE. How many calls have I missed? Not sure but I know my doctors can’t get ahold of me! Awesome!!!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile - my $30 a month plan and instead I get charged $96. Called the rep but I was told, it’s a known billing issue. I was told I’d get a email stating it’s been fixed but haven’t received any emails and it’s been more than a week. Very disappointed with Fido!!

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions another annoyed black Friday customer. Was promised $30 for one line and $25 for the second, but have been told by fido reps that monthly credit gets split between 2 months and to deal with it. Disappointed with the false advertising.

    @Fidomobile hey Fidomobile, 30th January is not 31st January and when you commit to something make sure you be on it and not leave the customer without internet service. This was unacceptable, highly dissatisfied and disappointed, that's not how you treat a loyal customer

    .@Bell just got a 500CAD bill for 5 days of travel, Wifi calling is a racket with you guys, never had this issue with @Videotron or my friend, who activated his exactly like me, with @Fidomobile. Vacation ruined like the Chichen Itza pyramid I went to see.

    @Fidomobile thirty-two years as a fido customer coming to an end. To expensive and no deals. I hear public mobile is more reliable and much cheaper.

    @Fidomobile extremely disappointed with Fido's service. Signed up for the $30/20gb over 3 months ago, and have followed up with multiple hour long calls in the last few months but my account still has been discharged and mishandled. My first bill came out to be $105.56 :(

    @Fidomobile ... the worst customer service in the telecommunications arena. Advised to wait MINIMUM 45 mins to speak to a manager for an error FIDO BILLING made... Why not just take my number and call me back...😡😡😡
