  Complain about this at least once at week @Fidomobile. My service is crap! One bar IN MY HOUSE. How many calls have I missed? Not sure but I know my doctors can’t get ahold of me! Awesome!!!

  @Fidomobile hey Fido, I accidentally added. Us travel pass to my daughters number which is currently set as the default (it shouldn’t be). Customer support says the 50$ charge is going through and cannot be moved. She is nowhere close to the us and I’m here now. Please explain the logic.

  @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

  @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I need to cancel a new line before they ship the phone, but I am unable to get a call before tomorrow. I called yesterday but he told me I had to call again on Monday, but I just received the confirmation of the order. Can you cancel it before it’s sent
