    Complain about this at least once at week @Fidomobile. My service is crap! One bar IN MY HOUSE. How many calls have I missed? Not sure but I know my doctors can’t get ahold of me! Awesome!!!

    @Fidomobile guys I need your help. You’re AI is a joke. I can’t update the address on the account and I’ve got to sort out a cell phone we ordered, but it went to the wrong address. Can you please DM me because you’re AI and your website is beyond frustrating.

    @Fidomobile whoever is working on your AI needs to be let go. Other companies out of the box AI will do better than the **** you have. Now hard to train your AI.

    @Fidomobile your AI is ****!!! I'm having issues with the phone no longer detecting my sim intermittently everyday and you dumb AI can't send me to technical support. It's wants me to schedule a call and keeps on asking about making a payment.

    What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days

    @TrcTrials123 @Fidomobile That sounds incredibly frustrating. Billing errors that take multiple channels to resolve are the worst. Hope they sort it out for you soon.
