Complain about this at least once at week @Fidomobile. My service is crap! One bar IN MY HOUSE. How many calls have I missed? Not sure but I know my doctors can’t get ahold of me! Awesome!!!

Trying to upgrade my phone, and Fido’s system was down. The employee in Sunridge mall has some dumb attitude. And all other locations are not picking up. Definitely won’t be going to that location again @Fidomobile

How can a Canadian Telecom company NOT have a data only plan that goes above 4 gigabytes??? 21 year customer asking. Will you let me walk? @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @fido

Hey @Fidomobile after today, I will be not renewing our families contact's with you after charging me over $500 in a cancellation fee for a "referbished" phone. I'm done...... Sincerely A Pissed off customer

I was talking to a friend who is also on @Fidomobile and the sound quality was garbage so we switched to #GoogleDuo and the quality was amazing, easily 10 times the resolution @FidoMobile was offering. Voice data uses very little bandwidth so why does it sound terrible?

@Fidomobile hi. I got a Fido number in 2017, the representative told me I don’t need to visit a branch to cancel the number and I left Canada mid 2020 and never used the number, now I received an email with unpaid balance !! How to solve this issue, I want to cancel the number
