  Complain about this at least once at week @Fidomobile. My service is crap! One bar IN MY HOUSE. How many calls have I missed? Not sure but I know my doctors can’t get ahold of me! Awesome!!!

My phone is cut off for no payment even tho it is automatic debit and i have money in my account. FIDO i have no phone service and i am HAPPY TO PAY!   Whoever's idea it was to get rid of customer service and have chatbots pretend to attend to customer needs is an idiot of the highest order. Seriously! How can you need someone for help but get no one except to schedule a stupid call back which you barely receive. @Fidomobile

  @Fidomobile sucks ! If you're with Fido consider switching service providers. I suspect this is Rogers' grand plan to poach Fido customers but they won't get me. I'd much rather go to a whole other provider! Don't DM me asking for my account number either. Just do the needful !

  @Fidomobile Activating the plan is easy, but cancelling it is a huge bureaucratic process. This is an abuse and a lack of respect for foreigners who use the service. But I want to make it clear that I will not pay anything. I ask that you act with decency and cancel the charges.

  @lynn130415 no one @Fidomobile dosent let u cancel ur phone plan then @Rogers threatens u with credit score issues and then eventually ur phone is cut off. then they offer u deals for how much little they r willing to settle with u when u wanted to cancel the plan before accumulating charges
