    Complain about this at least once at week @Fidomobile. My service is crap! One bar IN MY HOUSE. How many calls have I missed? Not sure but I know my doctors can’t get ahold of me! Awesome!!!

    If you are a @Fidomobile customer, I advise you not to pay for device protection from @Brightstar, now called 'Likewize' - worst service ever. Don't answer support requests. Charged me for a phone I returned. Totally useless.

    @Fidomobile I am a new customer and a student in canada. I just received bill for second month and it shows extra long distance calling charges but i was shown 50 min left out of my 1500 min when i last checked the app before month end. So can you please help as it is huge amount

    @Fidomobile I pay around $500.00 monthly for my phone and iPads and today is the third day that my hold time to speak to a customer service representative is over an hour. If you don’t have the capacity why do you take reservation for new iPhones?

    @Fidomobile terrible service! Got scammed by your agent who called to upgrade my plan on Aug 4th but took away my existing free services & verbally confirmed they were still free! Nope,I got charged for using them now. False promise to upsell the product..

    @Fidomobile 3- So after few busy days tonight around 23:45 I connect to live chat with Fido support about it and explain that I got an internet in new address but I'm not sure it is mine or not. After a minute I lost my connection!!!!
