    Complain about this at least once at week @Fidomobile. My service is crap! One bar IN MY HOUSE. How many calls have I missed? Not sure but I know my doctors can’t get ahold of me! Awesome!!!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Hoping you can help me resolve this. I ordered 4 bill reprints on October 25. I was told they were shipped on November 1 and I haven't received them yet.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I upgraded to a recertified s21 about 27 days ago and haven't noticed a amixrofracture on screen, calling support from my 519 area code results in hangup, the times it gets through I get disconnected in about 5 seconds before being able to do anything

    @Fidomobile seems to be trying to scam customers with their wifi calling service and roaming charges! Have called twice with no solution and around $100 is extra charges since September. When I am in another country on airplane mode and wifi I should not receive any charges! Help

    Hey @Fidomobile I haven’t been able to work for two days due to text message verification not working, and your tech support just transferred me to Rogers cell service support??? I’ve been on hold for an hour. What does a customer have to do to get support from Fido??

    @Fidomobile usual crappy service from a major company. I’m at a Fido store but they cannot cancel your service and will not accept the equipment until you call customer service with the usual lengthy delay. More competition needed or we will continue to get crappy service!!
