@Fidomobile Hello Fido… I’ve been having trouble with my internet lately. We just switched from Rogers to you and as soon as we did we got instant wifi issues. Every time I go upstairs the connection gets so bad I can’t even call my friends on the phone for one second

@Fidomobile I bought a mobile and ported to Fido on Dec 27. The phone did not show up until today on my account (I've following up every other day on calls). Now I got an email that it's added but it doesn't have the boxing day deal, neither does it reflect the downpayment. HELP!
