    Conclusion of the @Fidomobile Scam. Wasted an hour of my life with the worst agent and management I’ve ever spoke too… was told to go in store to have the agent call them to ask for the same credit and waste my time on my day off… Will be porting out based on Principle.

    @PatWhite1984 @Fidomobile I've switched my phone to use GSM only and it seems to work, but it's slow. Hope they resolve this soon.

    @Fidomobile Your support informed you're increasing the bill for all customers. But not telling why. Are you increasing because of "supply" issues or providing anything new? BTW, your call drop rates are increasing monthly; shouldn't that bring some price reduction?

    @Fidomobile my home internet is out since 5AM on July 5. I still dont have internet on July 6. Customer service said that it was scheduled for maintenance until 6AM on July 6 but your team has stopped updating status at backend since 8AM on July 5 #fidointernetoutage #fidooutage

    Bad Service. @Fidomobile I have been with them for more than a year. They billed me 144$ this month(after referring to my friend) and gave me under service(they say it's an app glitch). support takes a min of 1 hour of my time. I am not sure if I should stick to you guys anymore.

    @Fidomobile i had made a simple request of moving my internet from one address to another and its been 4 days and i am still without internet even after getting the confirmation. 10hrs on the call in total with your customer support, tech support, supervisors and yet no progress

    @Fidomobile Your agents Abdel and Himanshu need a basic 'Customer Service 101' training. Was looking to sign up with Fido but live chat experience was so bad... Such a waste of time as they did not even properly looked into my query #fido #badexperience
