@Fidomobile my home internet is not working. Customer service told me to wait till monday for a tech. Can anything be done in the meantime?
I've been trying to only tweet re: the consequential things the world is experiencing as a whole, but now that we've at least got an adult as the leader of the free world- Imma have a little tantrum about @Fidomobile having the absolute worst customer service of all time ever. :(

Don't order a @SamsungMobile phone from @Fidomobile for their #samsungevent they most likely will lose and send your phone to someone else #fail
@Fidomobile I’m online with your customer service. Apparently if your authorized on the account to make changes, you can only add a line. Or change the plan. You can’t subtract a line though? This makes no sense, especially with all the surrounding circumstances with my situ.
@Fidomobile - For the past 2 months your team has not been able to refund the credit on my bill. I ported out to a new network on Nov 22, 2020. It's been 2 months and after multiple follow ups - I have not yet recieved the refund / credit ony account. (Post 1/n)
On a live chat with @Fidomobile customer service and it disconnects, not waiting an hour again. Help me out @Fidomobile!
@Fidomobile - When you don't gibe any leevay to your customers in date extension of paying the bill, then why do you delay in your payments. Please put a stop to haraasing ex-customer and ensure you pay your dues. Stop harassing and ensure you pay the due amount. (Post 7/7)
