@Fidomobile Ordered a mobile phone and it showed me that I would get it in 2-5 days. Didn't receive tracking information and there is no way I can check it online. Terrible service this is!

@Fidomobile hey you make it hard to cancel my data add on. If I want to do a one time data add-on, you make it recurring and I have to call to cancel but you don't take these calls anymore. If I can't find an easier way to cancel, I will just switch carriers.

@Fidomobile I waited on hold for 2 hours today, only to be hung up on after trying to find a solution to the problem we've been having, which was caused by an employee not doing their job properly prior to today. I was beyond fed up, what has happened to your company lately?

@Fidomobile How do I speak to a human on the phone? I left a call back number and it is over the estimated time I was told I'd get a call back. I'm being overcharged on my phone bill and was given false information in a store. Please help! Thank you.
