Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MostafaBabouli Mostafa Babouli (@MostafaBabouli) reported

@Fidomobile really disappointed at store customer service. All I wanted is to upgrade. All stores I visited said they are sold out, call 611. Disappointing.

  • joebonka Joe Bonar (@joebonka) reported

"Funnily" enough, after seeing some recent news about telcos clamping down on spam calls, @Fidomobile, I am getting loads more of them. Actually, LOADS more. Now I have to turn on "Silence Unknown Callers".

  • RanjithsHandle ranjith (@RanjithsHandle) reported

@Fidomobile Hi, How soon after activation can i cancel my internet account without charges?

  • cartfullofcats 🙀🛸 (@cartfullofcats) reported

Seriously annoyed with @Fidomobile right now. Put my sim in my new phone and now RCS refuses to work. Constantly stuck on verifying number. No issues with my other phone when we transferred over there. Annoyed enough that I'm ready to move somewhere else.

  • jaynnkg Jaynnn (@jaynnkg) reported

So @Fidomobile values new customers more than their actual customers. My dad went to their store, waited in line and the employe wouldn’t help him and told him to call Fido for help because they wouldn’t get a commission out of me. I guess loyalty isn’t important for them...

  • Gary_Sethi Gary Sethi (@Gary_Sethi) reported

@SophieChatel1 I was denied entrance to a @Fidomobile retail shop. They asked me to lower my mask and present id prior to entering but there is no policy stated. I filed a complaint to head office and thus far no reply

  • Jashank Jashank Parekh (@Jashank) reported

@Fidomobile is there an internet outage in Scarborough? I don't have any connectivity since a few hours.

  • OsamaUpset Sad Osama (@OsamaUpset) reported

@Fidomobile fix this damn outage 😕

  • _Brantone B-rantone (@_Brantone) reported

@Fidomobile when did roaming charges change so much? I know it's been a while since traveling - but damn, that's a jump. Not cool. So not cool.

  • meowtek MeowTek (@meowtek) reported

Are you a @Fidomobile user travelling overseas? You’re going to get charged roaming for every day that you have your cell turned on. Even if you turned off data roaming on your phone and never made/received a call, sent texts or used data. Yep. Fido will charge you anyway.
