My phone is cut off for no payment even tho it is automatic debit and i have money in my account. FIDO i have no phone service and i am HAPPY TO PAY!   @iFightForKids That's why I switched from @Fidomobile when they raised my price, cause the Ai virtual call in was so unbearable and you could not speak to a human same day. You had to book a callback for several days down the week.

  @Fidomobile - your service absolutely sucks! My dad's eSIM isn't working and there's no way to talk to a human. Your chatbot tells me that a human will call me on Tuesday evening! It's Friday! Who has time to wait 4 days.

  @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

  @Fidomobile whoever is working on your AI needs to be let go. Other companies out of the box AI will do better than the **** you have. Now hard to train your AI.

  Ever since you guys switched to the 5G network my phone barely works. Since March nothing works for me. I can barely receive calls, texts or even connect to a network when I need data. @Fidomobile why am I paying for a service and getting abysmal service ? Cancel my account !

  @Fidomobile Filing CCTS complaint. Mar 22: Promised $27/80GB. Agent ran credit check + wrong area code. Mar 24: 5hrs on calls, tech says porting impossible unless I pay $70. Cancelled, but billed $116 today (Mar 26) for UNUSED service. Void this now. #CCTS #Fido #Telecom
