  @MobileSyrup My god Fido really are becoming bottom feeders. Well I say that but they still charge as much or more for their services as anyone else. Probably just a ploy by Rogers to reduce the amount of support staff they employ.

  FYI: In Canada, @Rogers (parent company) and Fido are experiencing technical difficulties that prevented them from accessing your mobile account information. It appears that the issue is now resolved, at least on the @Fidomobile side.

  @Fidomobile you?. I was often calling because I couldn't use my phone to call my bank or you on your 1800 number. This is so unfair and crazy that you can do this. I was told that it was a free call, and I promise you that I only called my banks customer service line and you. I a
