William (@Lance_A_Lot_Sir) reported@Fidomobile @Fidomobile Just received a $235.00 bill when you assured me all overages would be waived and I ‘didn’t have to do anything on my end.’ @TELUS directly emailed waiving ALL fees for us to end of year, never mind overages. Maybe you should do the same for not living up to ur word.

None of the customer service agent can provide me any help or solutions at all and keep transfer me to different departments, which is 6+ hr wait time.
