    Ordered a new phone and got a sweet deal from @Fidomobile early last week. Too bad I have had zero follow up regarding the delivery of my phone even though I was advised I would have it in hand within 2 to 5 days and I can't get through to customer service #foreverwaiting

    @inventur_es @speckalli @Fidomobile Also I can't update my address from the app. You have millions of subs and a nation wide network, but I can't change my address from your app. I could make that capability in an evening. Nice that you focus on correcting my friends instead of fixing your garbage service
