This is an abuse and a lack of respect for foreigners who use the service. But I want to make it clear that I will not pay anything. I ask that you act with decency and cancel the charges.

Harmanpreet Kaur (@amberjagra) reported@Fidomobile Worst mobile company to deal with! Charged me an activation fee on my bill when the girl in store told me there will be no fee on my account. Went back to the store to talk, told me to call customer service and now they scheduling a call back for after a week. CRAZY!!

Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.
