@Fidomobile will be leaving, this same 9gb offer is everywhere but i can't choose it as a loyal customer. Makes no sense to how you retain customers.
Imagine calling Rogers/@Fidomobile for internet issues and they want to send u a link to use that REQUIRES INTERNET to use so they can see what the “issue” is. Make it make sense please. You’re making my data go up because of this. And then I have to pay for overage fees😡😡
@Fidomobile so I cannot get hold of anyone at Fido about the increase in my bill so I asked in the community and was directed to post here. Every two years it’s a yo yo effect between Fido and Telus I keep switching as there is no customer loyalty any more.
Wow just got off the phone with @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions after an hour bc my contract is ending. All they offered me (apparently incl retention offers) was to pay more than what a competitor is offering. And this is after being a customer since 2008. Guess it's time to move on.
Hey @koodo as loyal existing customer its upsetting that I cannot switch to the $55 for 11gb. What makes me not want to cancel and take my business to @Fidomobile? I want to stay but hoping you could help me out here.
