    @Fidomobile Your app is seriously flawed. That is the 3rd time in a year that the xtra banner is gone from the menu. 1st time took more than a month to fix itself on it's own, 2nd time got fixed when i changed phone and now it happened again 3 1/2 months after i get this new phone. Ticket

    @Fidomobile Hey, 7 hours of my life I can’t get back because Fido doesn’t know how to resolve tech issues or treat their customers with respect or dignity. And I have 4 lines that I’m paying for. Just another broken system!

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Someone at Fido needs to make it right. The customer service experience is abhorrent, have to wait 45 mins to speak to monster managers that don’t have the ability or the human decency to be good people. This is disgusting, just another broken company ripping people off.
