    @Fidomobile I am using Fido and the Fido customer service are saying to go to third party for the solution, as if give money but go ask someone else for solutions.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile This is a joke. Why can't you just tell us the issue that has us all without data for well over 14 hours? I hope there is a nationwide credit coming to everyone's bills for this "intermittent service interruption"

    @Fidomobile I thought the whole point of having another line (a landline) was so I could have access to a phone when/if cellular service goes down? Landline is down too, so really no point. #rogersoutage

    Dear @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I’ve now been without cellular service for over 12 hours. I run my personal life as well as my company on this service. 😡😡😡
