    @desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

    @desxsmith @fido Ask to speak to retention and cancel your account. Frontline customer care normally can’t help and try to resolve the call quickly without normally helping the customer.

    @Fidomobile hey Fido thought when there’s an outage my cell should work. Barely does with this @rogers outage today. One bar and I have tons of cellular data. 😡😡😡😡 funny it works here on x go figure!

    The @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.
