@Fidomobile what kind of dog 💩 website do you have? I reset my password to login to my account and it comes up with account closed, when I have an active billable account on there that I need to pay for. If you can't sort this out you should quit the consumer phone business.

@Fidomobile as a customer with Fido I am begging for help. I purchased a TCL Pro from Fido have sent it in for defective repairs twice now, and now my phone cannot be found. I have spoke to C/S and store reps at Vaughan Mills. With no help. I am begging for help with my problem.

I missed Virgin Mobile I wish never switched to @Fidomobile. Very bad customer service. Just charged me 3 times for activation fee, it was their mistake and not going to pay me back!
