I’ve cancelled my account, even when the amount that I was billed was totally inaccurate. I will NOT recommend either of these companies to anyone. Thanks but no thanks.

You allegedly have no reported outages. I have tried in multiple ways to contact your company, but it is impossible, and I do not say that lightly.
