    @Fidomobile First, your winback called and me join FIDO.. and now, why are you guys charging me 3 times my monthly plan, and upon reaching you out from the last three days, your phone reps can't answer why! So after putting me on hold for 48 minutes, they hang up!

    @Fidomobile I have to say your customer service is pretty disappointing. But I guess that is expected with large corporations where competition doesn't really exist. You don't really have to set the bar high. Someone in chat waiting for hours not really your problem right?

    @Fidomobile Signed contract for $35 per month, but was charged $41.77, we have been asked to go back and forth between the store and the hotline without any resolution. Sent you message to tell you the details, please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Many thanks!

    A month or so ago we got an email from @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions saying our home internet is now 30mbp faster. Since then our service has been spotty, at best. Always lagging. Always just cutting off& on again for no reason. I pay like $95/mo for shite service. Do better.

    @Fidomobile I barely use my phone. I basically pay you people 10 bucks for every call I make, and you people can't do something as simple as just billing me correctly? Twice now I've been charged a low balance top up hours after a monthly top up. Fix your ****** systems.

    @Fidomobile Hi @Fidomobile, our home internet has been down since 1:15pm ET today. We work from home so this has been a terrible setback for us. We’re in the Mississauga ON region.
