@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions There are some bad eggs in your Fido Montreal Chat support team (Samantha). Blaming the Customer without proper due diligence and abruptly ending the chat is something I haven't seen done in a long time. Hope your Managers take heed #PoorCustomerService
@Fidomobile 3 hours on phone . Missed out on Black Friday promotions and AirPods. Been a customer for over 5 years. One of the most unpleasant Black Friday experiences and a waste of a day in a very long time. Thanks for all the problems Fido.
@Fidomobile … My kids are looking to get plans, however I think it’s time to switch, as can’t rely on ever speaking to someone. Too bad.
@Fidomobile Hi, Fido, I could not find your customer service anyway,...I have transfered my mobile to Fido.. it cdoes not work for many days, while I could not find your customer service/tech support.. all you staff are on vacation.
@Fidomobile What a bad experience with cx care today waited for 1 hour for tech support and when they come on phone answer rudely and can’t find solution for me. Been with fido for 5 years and so disappointed with there customer solution specialist.
@Fidomobile I have been with Fido over 5 years and was ok with service. Not estatic but Black Friday was an abomination. Upgrading to a new phone and getting the promotional AirPods and didn’t happen. My day yesterday, and now my morning is a nightmare and no AirPods either. Unnacceptable.
Ordered a phone +2 months ago and still haven't received a single update regarding the phone and no response. By far the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life is @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions . I'm done. Changing my service.
@Fidomobile what's the ETA on getting 5G? You're promoting and selling 5G compatible devices but don't have 5G network.
