@Fidomobile Sometimes your device craps out on you, and there's solutions to fix that. CGI's can easily place it anywhere really (the background scenery that is).

@Fidomobile I am using Fido and the Fido customer service are saying to go to third party for the solution, as if give money but go ask someone else for solutions.

@Fidomobile Why won’t your customer service team honour an offer that is listed as an exclusive offer in My Account? It seems like a strange strategy for a long term customer (pre Rogers) when the offer is clearly visible to me and when your competitors offer the same or better.

@Fidomobile Bad experience.. I could not pickup IPhone13 from one of listed Fido showroom in Mississauga City Centre! It was birthday of my loved one, I promised but I could not due to your rules n regulations. You need lot to change, I am closing atleast 12 FIDO accounts
