@Fidomobile after speaking to a CSR they said there has been no record of me ever calling the US prior to these alleged call dates. i’m quite frustrated because i’ve been with you for years, never asked to amend bills and the ONE time i have an issue there’s 0 help.

@Fidomobile Fido's commercial on TV, with the two women & the bear is potentially very dangerous! They are seen searching what to do if confronted by a bear. One of the ideas was to "run"!! Terrible to even suggest that!! Some people might think that's what they should do!! 😡

@Fidomobile rather than credit me the money you’d pay out the extra money for this “courtesy package”. how is this courtesy when it’s never happened before and you’re doing the opposite of helping me???? i have never once called the USA

@Fidomobile Since every department you have doesn't care that you treat your customers like garbage,I've contacted the CRTC to get some help dealing with you!If this ends up on your main page,I hope people realize they don't have to accept being treated this way and have options!

@Fidomobile Hey Fido, tell me why it's so damn hard to get a charge removed after a buyer's remorse? CRTC: "You can return your cellphone within 15 days, without penalty, if you are unhappy with your service. Use up to half of your allowed monthly usage during the trial period"
