We went back to @Fidomobile , of course, cuz we didn't have any problems with Fido before, it was just to enroll in a family plan with a lower bill... (PT 3)

@Fidomobile today your chat support is incredibly awful. Speaking with your agents, they are rude, dismissive and just end chats on you when they don’t care to continue. Absolutely awful customer support. Also what you get told with one, you get told that I have no proof to next

@FidoSolutions What boggles my mind is why a @Fidomobile representative is not authorized to freeze/cancel transactions reported as being fraudulent within hours of it occurring. Why do you need the fraud department to take action when I am reporting it as such?

@TamoDole @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Yes we do have CCTS here, but I have no idea how helpful they would be, as I've never had to use their services. As I said to my cell phone provider, this not even about the money at this point, or my wasted time but more so about the principle of being dismissed.
