did @Fidomobile shut down their live chat service to avoid customer complaints about being overcharged?

  • IvanaSantilli Ivana Santilli (@IvanaSantilli) reported

I'vee been with @Fidomobile for 2 decades, this was the worst customer service call I've had after waiting an hour. Can someone please remedy this issue? The $339 cost to roam like home is absurd for a service that is sub par.

  • hollykent Holly Kent (@hollykent) reported

Last summer @Fidomobile told Prince Edward County residents that they were building new towers to handle the influx of Rogers users in the summer months. A full year later and I still have almost no cell service in July. What happened with the towers, @Rogers and @FidoSolutions?

  • andyk640 Andy Klassen (@andyk640) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@Fidomobile please, for real, get your Credit Operations situation calmed down ASAP. Being one month behind is no reason to have to hear from Credit Operations 4 times a week for being a little behind. Especially since the goodwill isn't exactly there after July 8...

  • IvanaSantilli Ivana Santilli (@IvanaSantilli) reported

@Fidomobile charges $339/mth to 'roam like home', NOT. TheWorst GPS kept losing signal so a drive that should take 13mins took me 2 hrs to get home last night, and a scary tour through the darkest barren alleys, in L.A. not safe.

  • IamChibykee Ikem Anyachor (@IamChibykee) reported

@Fidomobile what's up? My internet has been down since morning, I live in Alliston Ontario

  • TheRealJackson9 Jackson (@TheRealJackson9) reported

@Fidomobile your reception is poor right now. What’s going on?

  • andrewdsouza350 Andrew D'Souza (@andrewdsouza350) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile is the home internet spotty or giving issues again?

  • melthemuggle Melissa Carla (@melthemuggle) reported

@Fidomobile thanks for your reply. I was told I would be contacted by the OOP a couple of days ago. It's been 4 BD now, 5 if you include the outage. I would like to hear back from them today please.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile You guys have the worst customer care service ever. There is no value for a loyal customer and you do not care to keep your customers. Please go bankrupt. There should be a petition about bringing US companies to Canada.
