Goal is to shave my current $80 monthly bill DOWN rather than increase costs. I am open to other providers that have decent signal in Ontario. X.x Disappointed that staying with Fido doesn't feel like an option at ALL given how much my bill would increase for a similar plan...

Hello @Rogers i had the worst experience with you in the past couple of days and i am done with you #Ottawa #Canada #bell #telus #fido everybody stay away from rogers and you will be charged extra and you wouldn’t even know unless you look for it

@Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

@Fidomobile Just send him an msg via your internal system, he knows who i am. This is all just so painful. I have wasted hours of time that i will never get back, customer service at FIDO is deplorable.

Is it just me or is @Fidomobile 's data spotty on weekends? Fine Monday to Friday, crappy on weekends. They must turn the power down on Saturday and Sunday.
