  • aahmed826 Ali Ahmed (@aahmed826) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

I don't know who needs to know this, but @Fidomobile has the worse cellular service today! No outgoing calls. This used to happen only occasionally, now it is happening for longer. Horrible service. That's all.

  • QuyetPawz QuyetPawz 🍁 (@QuyetPawz) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Goal is to shave my current $80 monthly bill DOWN rather than increase costs. I am open to other providers that have decent signal in Ontario. X.x Disappointed that staying with Fido doesn't feel like an option at ALL given how much my bill would increase for a similar plan...

  • livingklife KK👨‍🦼🌈+ (@livingklife) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

I need help my cell phone company put my dead name back on my account which it never was on that account I need help retweeting this to force Fido to put my legal name back on my account please retweet @Fidomobile

@BetamaxRob @cbccostofliving $85 for Bell Fibe Internet. Have had Acanac and Fido Home in the past. Cheaper for sure, but slower speeds, poorer customer service, intermittent service (particular with Acanac). Also have a relatively low cost Fibe TV service $30/mo which I can only get as an Internet customer.

  • livingklife KK👨‍🦼🌈+ (@livingklife) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

  • mcNewbNoCreeper MineNewbNoCreeper (@mcNewbNoCreeper) reported

@Fidomobile I do not want your automated system to hang up on me and direct me to ask Jack. I want a representative. Why is that so hard

  • rohancnaidu arcanadian_23 (@rohancnaidu) reported

After I spend hours with your support team and get the order cancelled, the store makes me drive for 3 min only to let me know they cannot offer me the price I was offered online. @Fidomobile this is almost a scam run by your stores. “Make customers cancel online orders”

  • Roland73619763 Roland (@Roland73619763) reported

@FidoSolutions I will but it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer coming from you @Fidomobile the customer service people should work on the communication, empathy etc. It’s like you just choose them to work without training them or your trainers are ******

  • Aslampatel AP 🤘 (@Aslampatel) reported from Surrey, British Columbia

One of the worst service provider in canada @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

  • microfauna Naomi (@microfauna) reported

@Fidomobile hi there your call back feature doesn’t work no matter how many times I try the call back feature it goes straight to voicemail. Is there a way I can call directly customer service I don’t mind being on hold for a bit

  • Roland73619763 Roland (@Roland73619763) reported

@Fidomobile ****** service and customer service from your agents

  • DerrTheDeerFox Derr (@DerrTheDeerFox) reported

Saying goodbye to @Rogers / @Fidomobile. I'm tired of Fido not having 5G access and the outage 3 times in 3 years for the price I pay is ridiculous. I couldn't work the day of the outage and lost a lot of money.

  • shnicholson Shawn Nicholson (@shnicholson) reported

Last week I cancelled my @Fidomobile service & moved over to @Bell, where I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro. When asked today by Fido why I left, I had two reasons: (1) July 8th: the poor communication and almost insulting 5 day credit and (2) the lack of 5G (by Fido).

  • DavidYu12 David Yu (@DavidYu12) reported

@Fidomobile can we seriously think of a way of implementing a system where caller has to also press a number based on our voice message in order to successfully reach our number (similar to calling customer service center system)? This will help filter out automated scam calls...

  • katiewatt1992 katie watt (@katiewatt1992) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions When will we get our credits for that day of no service
