Hello @Rogers i had the worst experience with you in the past couple of days and i am done with you #Ottawa #Canada #bell #telus #fido everybody stay away from rogers and you will be charged extra and you wouldn’t even know unless you look for it

  • livingklife KK👨‍🦼🌈+ (@livingklife) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Pride month and Fido just added my dead name to an account that they never even knew I had a deadname for I've had a Rogers account in that name and a Bell account but never ever Fido where did they get it and during pride month! Companies True Colors shining through @Fidomobile

  • QuyetPawz QuyetPawz 🍁 (@QuyetPawz) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Goal is to shave my current $80 monthly bill DOWN rather than increase costs. I am open to other providers that have decent signal in Ontario. X.x Disappointed that staying with Fido doesn't feel like an option at ALL given how much my bill would increase for a similar plan...

  • ottawasteph 🍁ottawasteph🎭 (@ottawasteph) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@ALL_CAPS Fido has never stressed me out.

  • stephenhanbury Stephen Hanbury (@stephenhanbury) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@BetamaxRob @cbccostofliving $85 for Bell Fibe Internet. Have had Acanac and Fido Home in the past. Cheaper for sure, but slower speeds, poorer customer service, intermittent service (particular with Acanac). Also have a relatively low cost Fibe TV service $30/mo which I can only get as an Internet customer.

  • hadley4ipswich Philip Hadley (@hadley4ipswich) reported

@Fidomobile I still need a contact email for either your legal or customer service departments. Your company cost me money when you went down on the 8th July.

  • hadley4ipswich Philip Hadley (@hadley4ipswich) reported

@Fidomobile I am not giving out personal information over Twitter. How about a complaint email address? I don't have another hour to sit and wait to be cut off by your staff again?

  • scoutkayaker Penny Baldwin-French ☮️ (@scoutkayaker) reported

@Fidomobile We used to have great signal at our cottage. So strong I could use phone as hot spot for laptop for work. Now, we barely get 1 bar. FaceTime won’t work. Phone calls cut in and out. CAN’T GET ANYONE AT FIDO WHO CARES. Just the brush off.

  • seanfordyce Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported

@_harmonyxo @Fidomobile @TELUS Over an hour on hold. Constant needing to call to deal with broken promises, now a new plan to gouge customers with credit card processing fee. Bell and Rogers are awful. Find a small company, lowest price you can.

  • NadeemAhmadhere Nadeem (@NadeemAhmadhere) reported

@Fidomobile Well , i guess you need to add a factor in your algorithm that targets customers who would value it most. Isn’t that what traditional marketing sense is all about ? In your case , intention seems to be target the customer who will never use the promo!!!

  • hadley4ipswich Philip Hadley (@hadley4ipswich) reported

@Fidomobile can you explain why I waited a month to get through to someone, then when I asked to file a complaint about July 8th - your staff just cut me off twice?

  • seanfordyce Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported

@_harmonyxo @Fidomobile @TELUS With all being horrible, it may be worth calling all to see who is the lowest price but clearly the biggest ones do not offer better service over the smaller ones.

  • hadley4ipswich Philip Hadley (@hadley4ipswich) reported

@Fidomobile Your phone lines tell you to use the website & your 'live' chats cut people off. I'm cancelling my service, I have several family members in Canada who will be doing the same. UTTER DISGRACE.

  • hmendes00 Hugo Mendes (@hmendes00) reported

My wife and I were really happy with a service from @Videotron (Our internet provider) where they had a salesperson knocking on our door asking us to switch to them (for mobile services) and leave @Fidomobile. There was a catch though. 🧵 (PT 1)

  • mallu_moto_vlog G. I. Joe (@mallu_moto_vlog) reported

So @Fidomobile gave me $6 dollars in credit for July 8th outage. And charged me $12 for US roaming when I accidentally dialed voicemail which lasted less than 5 seconds.... Corporate greed has no bounds.
