Hello @Rogers i had the worst experience with you in the past couple of days and i am done with you #Ottawa #Canada #bell #telus #fido everybody stay away from rogers and you will be charged extra and you wouldn’t even know unless you look for it

So disappointed in @Fidomobile service. I was on hold for 40 mins and as soon as I get in contact with a worker I get cut off. I really hope someone can get back to me Because I don’t want to wait on hold for so long again

Love when I call @Rogers for a billing issue, spend 33 minutes on hold and explaining the issue, they tell me this is beyond the scope of their authority and transfer me to @Fidomobile
