@Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

@FidoSolutions I completely recognize that it is not the staffs fault. I did call in for a solution and the only options given were a 5GB bonus which did not last long or increase my data plan. My frustration is with the company that is doing nothing to support its customers.@Fidomobile

Worst customer service @Fidomobile home internet is down for 3 days and unable to connect to technical support. Calling every day several times a day and just listening to music on hold. No support, period. WTF Fido? Hire some help or stop offering services you can’t support!

Extremely dissatisfied with @Fidomobile Thursday morning a technician was here to install my WiFi, could not make it work. After talking with the support line 1-2 times a day since I still don’t have any internet, and no one can give me a timeline… 0 stars would not recommend
