    @Fidomobile It got fixed. Fido refused to acknowledge it was your cellular system. Once articles came out your company did something. Terrible service.

    @Fidomobile I dispute this balance and need someone from Customer Relations to finally resolve it before any collection action is taken. I have been frustrated beyond belief by your conflicting customer service representatives.

    @Fidomobile so now there is a giant outage of RCS. It’s all over the news. Can you tell the public when this will be fixed since you have denied it all this time.

    I have a @Fidomobile cell & the signal is terrible where I live. Frequent dropouts, no 5g. I'm done with it. Went to a @FreedomMobile store and, respect to them, they admitted their signal is weak where I live too. They're new, so I'll wait, and their integrity won't be forgotten

    @Fidomobile why is service so utterly **** at Lakeshore and Mississauga Rd?! I barely get data, I can never make effing calls. I've got to restart my phone constantly to get service here and it's been almost 3 years of it now! I'm nearong my wits end!

    @Allant92 @Fidomobile One of the (several) reasons I left them. Had been a customer for over a decade and a half. Continually increasing costs for negligible increase in packaged features ... Jumped to a competitor for less money and twice the data.

    What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days
