That is what customer service looks like! And the plan they're offering is way better than the one you offered a ten year loyal customer!

Customer service is deplorable, plans are crap compared to Rogers, and they only offer empty apologizes, they do not value their loyal customers whatsoever. Profits are more important than your customers! Been on hold for over an hour on my only day off. No respect for ppls time. WORST customer service!

Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. SpamAuditor (@SpamAuditor) reportedWhile most of our work is in network related threats, a reminder.. phone scams keep rising.. and unfortunately, lots of them are south asian based.. if you get a call from say @rogers or @Fidomobile with a heavy accent.. it's now probably a scam. Call them out.. 'Oh, hey a call from one of those India based scam outfits..' then hang up, and block the number.. (They like swearing)
