    @Fidomobile I'm on Roger's website right now, I could have my new Note Ultra delivered today and guess what? They help you set it up! That is what customer service looks like! And the plan they're offering is way better than the one you offered a ten year loyal customer!

    Hey @Fidomobile I’ve been on hold close to an hour to resolve my flaky phone network issue and have to be serenaded with your awful top 40 playlist while waiting. Have been a customer since 2003 - when are you going to pickup my call?! What lousy customer service!

    @Fidomobile I am absolutely LIVID right now. The busiest time of year and you can't have extra staff to provide customer service? Profits are more important than your customers! Been on hold for over an hour on my only day off. No respect for ppls time. WORST customer service!

    @DerekSilva @late2game @JClarkey I really liked Fido but recently had to go back to Rogers because Fido didn’t support our apple watches. Otherwise great experience.

    If you're thinking of getting anything with @Fidomobile, don't do it! Customer service is deplorable, plans are crap compared to Rogers, and they only offer empty apologizes, they do not value their loyal customers whatsoever. You can take back my modem nd new Note 20 Ultra! Done

    @Fidomobile @Rogers There is an outage, Canada wide, for both Fido and Rogers. Estimated time of return: 5pm EST.

    @Fidomobile I don't know how you consider your company as a lead telecom in canada and a small home internet problem can't be fix

    @Fidomobile problem to choose another phone - it is not our problem that we deceived you and other customers by providing false information on our website. When i spoke to the supervisor, he simply said that we dont have it stock and you have to choose another phone. Just need to know why

    @Fidomobile from the best customer service to the worst customer service in less than 2 years. Incompetent, unreasonable, slow. After over 15 years as a customer I am in the process of returning my handset and taking my business elsewhere.

    @Fidomobile Iam struck on a issue. I have fido mobile and had a temporary relief added since I went outside country .now Iam back at the airport but unable to reactivate my fido mobile again .all customer care numbers not working .please help
