That is what customer service looks like! And the plan they're offering is way better than the one you offered a ten year loyal customer!

Customer service is deplorable, plans are crap compared to Rogers, and they only offer empty apologizes, they do not value their loyal customers whatsoever. You can take back my modem nd new Note 20 Ultra! Done

TPS have been working to rule ever since carding was taken away. They’re doing only the minimum work required, letting traffic violations pass.
