That is what customer service looks like! And the plan they're offering is way better than the one you offered a ten year loyal customer!

Profits are more important than your customers! Been on hold for over an hour on my only day off. No respect for ppls time. WORST customer service!

Customer service is deplorable, plans are crap compared to Rogers, and they only offer empty apologizes, they do not value their loyal customers whatsoever. This is an abuse and a lack of respect for foreigners who use the service. But I want to make it clear that I will not pay anything. I ask that you act with decency and cancel the charges.
