@Fidomobile fido agent Thursday promised $25 credit to me, but now they said the fido system can't be compatible with my loyalty plan. Never believe fido agents and fido company. Now they only said they were sorry can't do anything.

@Fidomobile needs help with their system. 2min automated call through 5 options to be told to click a link in a text to get a call back to another 2min of chatbot to find out that calls will be made in a few hours... Sorry but that's bad #UX.

@Fidomobile Home internet service has been down since 5 am at my area in Mississauga. They told me it would be back by 12 pm. Apparently not the case. I’m changing my service provider. I’ve had enough.

@Fidomobile I am facing this issue repeatedly for almost 3 weeks now, where in the outgoing calls are disconnecting the moment they connect. Not sure how many people are facing the same. I think the network bars are just showing without the actual network. #FakeCoverage

@Fidomobile your customer service sucks & tells me to sign in online. I have been with you since 2005! I can't get into my account onelineThe guy at the booth couldn't help me. He also couldn't take off the $10monthly additional fee that I don't use and never gave permission to.

@Fidomobile again my network is down, for the third time in under 2 and a half months. I need my phone for work, to receive packages, to be able to contact the outside world. I am done with this service, I think I'm going to look into bell.
