@Fidomobile unhappy with the customer service a 30 min hold for a small refund issue, which was to be done in September 2019. Where the details of the bill & payments have been provided to the customer service rep. Ridiculous #fido #Vancouver #canada

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions out Fido home internet is really beginning to suck. Continuously drops and takes a lot of time to come back. With university exams online and business conducted from home we CANNOT have such poor service. Please help

I have been contacting fido for 3 times straight and no loyalty bouns has been provided for new purchase. @Rogers has even better deals, still chosing to stay with fido was my priority. I have been disappointed alot by the service as well the offers provided @Fidomobile

After 6+ different calls, 4 different departments, 3+ hours on the phone, 1 store visit.... @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I think I am finally be losing my patience😩 thank u for the efforts but I don't think my issue will ever be resolved
