Dear @Fidomobile, there's no online services for prepaid users, there's no module for topping up the account, I cannot even register my credit card! Seriously, I need to fix this! I can't believe that the (only) solution is to switch to postpaid! Thank you!

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I just got a notification that I have used 100% of my monthly 10GB but that is impossible because my plan restarts every 27th of the month. Can’t help but feel like this is a ploy to get me to upgrade to 30GB for more money 😒

If you are a @Fidomobile customer, I advise you not to pay for device protection from @Brightstar, now called 'Likewize' - worst service ever. Don't answer support requests. Charged me for a phone I returned. Totally useless.

@candaysium @Fidomobile They brought it down by $455 as they received a returned phone in July. The activation fees that were waived when we signed up, are still on @Fidomobile wants me to pay those although they never should have been on.
