@Fidomobile : Is it a kind of fake offer to get attention of the user? I had to finally pay $25 to add additional data to my plan to continue Data usage. This is absolute frustrating and not expected from Fido for such as me as a devoted customer.
@Fidomobile i had made a simple request of moving my internet from one address to another and its been 4 days and i am still without internet even after getting the confirmation. 10hrs on the call in total with your customer support, tech support, supervisors and yet no progress
@Fidomobile Returning equipment service needs improvement. Already returned equipment at AUTHORIZED store and due to their technical glitch or untrained store staff, we are suffering to pay a big amount.
@Fidomobile you guys should be putting a notice letting people know about the system wide outage for Mobile Data….just spoke to a CR on the phone.

@Fidomobile Hello @Fidomobile There was no resolution to my issue when i go to private chat they asked me to send again and again my email id mobile number and authentication, even they have full chat history of my issue but every time i have explain the issue. it's very frustrating
@Fidomobile Your support informed you're increasing the bill for all customers. But not telling why. Are you increasing because of "supply" issues or providing anything new? BTW, your call drop rates are increasing monthly; shouldn't that bring some price reduction?
