@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile you taught me a valuable lesson from this 24 hrs outage: Don't have internet & phone service from one company (Roger's). I will be canceling my Fido phone service and moving it somewhere else.

@Fidomobile It’s July 10, 2022 and since the major outage, I have yet to be able to consistently use the fido phone data I am paying for, and relying on my home wifi via another provider. Will this he an ongoing issue?

@Fidomobile Did you just confirm in DM that it's Fido's official policy not to share the requested email with the paying customer? If so, can you share the official policy document or language in the contract saying such information will not be shared?
