    Everybody's giving deals for new customers. @Fidomobile has a good deal for @FreedomMobile customers, much better than what I'm paying now. If Fido internet wasn't giving me so many issues, I'd probably switch as it'd cut my bill 40%.

    After hours of arguments, Fido actually admitted fault and offered to credit the 1000 minutes at the standard rate ($1.95/min), bringing the bill down to $1,300+, which he still can’t pay.

    Ok so Rogers was tryna funnel customers from chatr to Fido/other sister companies because they were moving a lot of the chatr ppl from 3G to LTE and wanted consumers to pay more for the same service. Gotcha.

    Traffic Services blames “budget” on lack of traffic enforcement. What I’ve seen out there are police officers on traffic duty, ignoring blatant traffic violations. This is a cultural problem, not one of budget. Toronto Police officers follow the FIDO motto: F* It Drive Off.

    @bp256r1 @FlyingTrilobite @c_9 @convertdcyclist They’ll only change once there’s a new Police Chief. This FIDO (**** If Drive Off) culture present in the police service, runs deep. For cyclists, it’ll only change once we have complete streets. Too many people are inherently selfish. They care about their safety, not of others.

    @FidoSolutions I was in the byod plan, tested an iphone upgrade but changed my mind. Returned under 15 days remorse yet Fido takes 4 days after arrival From UPS on purpose: bad business

    @StephenPunwasi @normsworld I’ve been predicting this for years and unfortunately it’s coming true. TPS have been working to rule ever since carding was taken away. They’re doing only the minimum work required, letting traffic violations pass. It’s known in police circles as FIDO: “**** It Drive Off”.

    $3300 was disputed last year and I got them back. Still don't why I was charged though and how they got my account information. It might have affected my credit score. @Fidomobile If not solved quickly, I might have to change my phone service provider.

    Shame on me @Fidomobile for trusting you the second time after "winning us back" . You even acknowledge your staff made a mistake in what they told us, but there's nothing you can do. Nice way to wake up to a $650 bill for an error you made but can't fix.

    @Fidomobile Been trying to upgrade to iphone 12 pro for days now - online account bugs out and your phone support says they can't do anything. If they want to process the request, they have to charge me $45 and can't reimburse me..?

    @Fidomobile Hey fido, I am getting high bill as my montly bill is 50 per month last time it was 107$, I talk with your customer care they said that bill the might of Service charges 40 for the first time, addition of 50 per month .But this month it went to 87 .Explain that to me.
