    @Fidomobile you are sick. You customer support rep at the retail store are disrespectful and provide 0 help and empathy. He has been losing money monthly by an account that is not for him but has his credit card on and no one can help us cancel this account. Scammers

    @Fidomobile another week went by and my voicemail is still in French. No support from Fido. I have been placed on hold for hours
