  I want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated.   @Fidomobile why has it taken 7 phone calls so far, problem still not sorted out, for our Black Friday phone that never made it to us, was sent back to you, then cancelled and now you want to raise our monthly bill with no phone in hand yet. And we’ve been charged for everything.

  @Fidomobile your customer service is almost non existent, I got a scheduled appointment for after 3 days and nothing is happening when I picked up the call!! I waited nothing then tried to ask virtual assistant for my scheduled callback then obviously nothing!!
