  • byMissMisa Letters to LALA Land (@byMissMisa) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@FidoSolutions Dear Julien, I m not sure if DM-ing Fido will actually do anything. I spent 45 minutes on the phone only to be talked to condescendingly and no solution. Unless you have some magical customer loyalty and services skills this is a mute point.

  • jeneric41 Eric Jenkins (@jeneric41) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@livingsanctuary I don’t know if my Dad is on Rogers or not (‘m on Fido), but I’ve had failed calls and that has never happened before.

@Fidomobile I’m wondering why your call centres are closed, your chat support doesn’t work and your website is not working. Do I have a cell company anymore?

  • BltchinStitches Bitchin' Stitches (@BltchinStitches) reported

@Fidomobile, why is it hard to speak to a person & why is the default customer service set at passive aggressive and dismissive with vague answers to straight questions? Not enjoying being judged by the company I've been with for 25 years & treated like I don't deserve answers.

@Fidomobile has customer support been canceled? Can't call, chat, DM here...and that's for my payments. I guess I don't know to pay anymore.

  • josuefve Enrique Flores (@josuefve) reported

@Fidomobile really wondering why I'm still your client. Your customer service is so horrible. 15 year old client with 4 lines.

  • Kulveer35939698 Kulveer (@Kulveer35939698) reported

Add on services provided by @Fidomobile are very shady. They never notify you on the app about the add on services expiration dates. Not even the salesman told me that my international calling add-on service is only valid for 2 years. This cost me $1700 in my last month bill(1/3)
