@livingsanctuary I don’t know if my Dad is on Rogers or not (‘m on Fido), but I’ve had failed calls and that has never happened before.

  • byMissMisa Letters to LALA Land (@byMissMisa) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@FidoSolutions Dear Julien, I m not sure if DM-ing Fido will actually do anything. I spent 45 minutes on the phone only to be talked to condescendingly and no solution. Unless you have some magical customer loyalty and services skills this is a mute point.

@ManuelVeth @Fidomobile This is the second time in just over a year they’ve had basically a full scale outage. Last time it was luckily just cell service. Our Rogers fog ones are back but my Fido internet is still being spotty. Rogers most likely losing a bunch of clients

  • sysrom system romance (@sysrom) reported

@Fidomobile 4) After multiple calls to customer service (on the last one I was told that someone would contact me for follow-up, but nobody has gotten in touch) it seems like they still don't know how to resolve this.

  • sysrom system romance (@sysrom) reported

@Fidomobile 5) I wasn't able to talk to a customer service agent today, and instead was given a link to a virtual assistant that made me jump through some hoops to schedule a callback. I am going a little bananas here.
