  • byMissMisa Letters to LALA Land (@byMissMisa) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@FidoSolutions Dear Julien, I m not sure if DM-ing Fido will actually do anything. I spent 45 minutes on the phone only to be talked to condescendingly and no solution. Unless you have some magical customer loyalty and services skills this is a mute point.

  • Haqanwar Anwar Haq (@Haqanwar) reported from Leduc County, Alberta

Hey @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile it is simply terrible that you don’t support #eSIM technologycarried by #SmartWatch. #disappointed on @Rogers business strategy with respect to #Fido.

  • GabDust69 Gab & Dust (@GabDust69) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@charlesfranks78 “I guess since both [of you] guys [are] so smart, I'm surprised one doesn't know more than the other. [You] probably never disagree [because your] both so right. Put that [in your] pipe and toke it.” Yes. WE are the smart ones. Go fetch some balls, Fido.

CAPCOM: "We're considering a slip in the midcourse a half hour to give FIDO another half hour's tracking so he can get a little bit more confidence in his solution. If that's agreeable with you guys, we'd like to proceed that way. Over." Young: "Okay with us." #Apollo10 #Apollo50

  • GeorgeJoseph George Joseph (@GeorgeJoseph) reported

I just realized after my call to @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions customer care, they use voice match authentication aka voice biometrics to recognize customers. No more waisting time verifying postal code 👍and other personal info 👍#cooltech #fido #AI #MI #CustomerService

  • GirlthatsJunior Dre (@GirlthatsJunior) reported

I just spent 47 minutes explaining to the Fido customer service rep how to fix my problem step by step 😂

  • CultHero Chris C. (@CultHero) reported

Hey @apple getting the iPhone 6 was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. Only had it for a year it’s another year on my plan before I can replace it ( unless Fido lets me change it early) and when I do I’m smashing this shit with a hammer.

  • fredrichmaney Fredrich Maney (@fredrichmaney) reported

@appenz @krmarko @Google @nyuniversity @UCSDnews @FIDOAlliance @Yubico I'm aware of how they work and their obstacles. What I am curious about is how they did in the study. Seems like they should also be at least as secure as FIDO keys. I'm not interested in biometrics on my devices. Never will use them.

  • jsoms96 jazzman (@jsoms96) reported

@w_fidoo SRSLYYYY never again fido ever

  • nickysmags Nick Smagula (@nickysmags) reported

Further update: the woman claims her dog never barks. The lead opposition passenger is suspicious. Fido is not helping as he continues to bark

  • kevinlovestech Kevin Lloyd 🇨🇦 🏳️‍🌈 🌩️ 🗞️ 🖥️ (@kevinlovestech) reported

@johnsonave I've heard good things about Freedom Mobile (owned by Shaw). I'm a Fido (owned by Rogers) customer. Not sure what their plans are like above 5GB (my plan). Agreed - it is none of their business.

  • PaulByronn41 oliviA (@PaulByronn41) reported

@samanthaeaston Oh I know I had the same issue with mine and then they charged me 500 bucks and I was like no **** you. Switched to Fido with no shit

  • kevinmac54 Kevin McCarty (@kevinmac54) reported

@CarmichaelDave @RexChapman I was waiting for the windowless white van to come down the road and snatch him while fido watched.
