Your service barely works, you blame everyone but yourselves for the poor service, and expect customers to pay full price for a fraction of the service you sold them. Why is that????

I attempted to contact technical support for two days and keep getting cut off. Nobody does anything to help me. I'm stuck in quarantine with a phone that doesn't work, why don't you care?
