    @Fidomobile I have spent the last year trying to cancel my data stick and was under the impression I had. Today an agent called me claiming I owed 119$ for a product I cancelled, tried to get me to pay it and then transferred me to a different department which then hung up. what?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Really disappointed with your service. I always find it difficult in getting a stable internet connection. Really pissed off. Won't recommend fido to anyone, the shittiest service ever.

    @Fidomobile You are without a doubt the worst company every I just checked my bill and found that you charging me something called Suspension Fee how in earth that make any sense . not only that but when i was talking to your customer service they just hangup without calling back

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Struggling to get a refund from Fido since Nov-2021. Wasted lot of hours in coordinating with the inefficient customer support team. Case# C174405287 Regret porting to Fido from Rogers.
