Jesus Christ @Fidomobile is the single worst company I have ever dealt with and it's not even close. The lack of competition in Canada is absolutely killing us, and I'm not even talking about the Rogers outage last month.

  • Official_McCree McCree (@Official_McCree) reported

@Fidomobile ive waited 3 weeks for my phone order and your support wont tell me why it was cancelled, why it wont ship and the support team reordered it for me and keeps telling me "youll get the phone by the end of the week" three times now on three different weeks

  • cmonlinda cmonlinda (@cmonlinda) reported

@Fidomobile you lied. Due to the rogers outage, I had little service on July 9th. I paid for Fido Roaming on July 9th and was only able to use my phone for a small period of the day. I was expecting a $15 credit for the Fido Roaming for that day, but received nothing.

Anyone else having issues with their @Fidomobile wifi? All day it has been on and off, now seems like it’s not working at all… @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps

  • MalhiJapnoor Rupinderjit Singh (@MalhiJapnoor) reported

@Fidomobile making fool to customers by matching the plan as you get from other service provider to stop you going with them. But later on you can’t change your device with that plan either pay full amount or change your plan. What a strategy well planned.

The @Fidomobile website has always been terrible but it's been over a year since I've been able to access it on MacOS Safari. Get rid of your god-awful SPA design and just give me a website where I can actually pay my bill.

  • KaranKh43979611 Belle ame (@KaranKh43979611) reported

@Fidomobile This is ridiculously bad and shameful act of taking money from your customers pocket. By not informing or alerting them my their overused international calls and then charging hefty sum of amount. I literally cannot afford to pay my bill. What should i do now?

  • lillianferns - (@lillianferns) reported

@FidoSolutions What boggles my mind is why a @Fidomobile representative is not authorized to freeze/cancel transactions reported as being fraudulent within hours of it occurring. Why do you need the fraud department to take action when I am reporting it as such?

  • lillianferns - (@lillianferns) reported

@Fidomobile its 2022 and I have to wait 3-5 days for the fraud dept to contact me after I've reported my account is compromised? No easy way to do this on my account online either. WTF?

  • Kristenbvolk Kristen (: (@Kristenbvolk) reported

@Fidomobile hey, so whatever happened to that credit we should have received in August for the July 8th outage? Been a loyal customer and seeing no credit was absolutely disappointing.
