    Hello @Fidomobile your policy is against the Charter of Rights of Canada and devoid of #transparency What you want ? You rectify it or matter rests in People’s Court ? When you give people a plan : you are liable to inform customer when plan ends @natale_joe

    This @Fidomobile customer service doesn't wanna call the manager, she put me on music for almost 30mins. no hello no nothing yet i pay over $250 monthly. uhm

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I left Canada, through my Sim card but they kept charging me. There is no customer service number on their website no live chat. Social media platforms take ten forms to fill for them to answer.
