    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile How to do fraud detection wrong (: 1. allow a customer to request an iPhone upgrade 2. send them the iPhone 3. block their account for fraud suspicion 4. never let them know why they don't have a signal 5. don't ever call the customer back Thanks, Fido!

    . @Fidomobile ‘s customer service wait time is over three hours, and they don’t offer a call-back option. How is that acceptable?

    @Fidomobile I want someone to call me back please! I am not prepared to wait 2-3 hours on the phone! (have tried 3 times!) There should be a call back option. Have issues about my bill. Ph no is 2505854028.

    @Fidomobile No! You have OPENED 2 new mobile phone numbers for me!  It should only be 1, with the new TABLET! CALL HOLD TIME IS 1 HR, 9 MIN! UNACCEPTABLE. I have been a Fido customer for 20 years (even when you were Microcell), and this is a complete slap in the face.

    @Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

    @Fidomobile I wanted to cancel a phone I ordered, your rep said can't cancel coz it's already shipped. That was a week back, I still don't have the shipping details. Don't charge me!

    @Fidomobile i have been charged interest on my bill. Need to discuss that but everytime i call, it says wait time is about 3hrs. Is a customer expected to be on hold for 3 hrs?
