@Fidomobile But why should it apply..my device is a one plus 5g device. This is just a manufactured way of charging customers.. you're making customers leave your service by this tactic

  • LaerayaFPS Laeraya (@LaerayaFPS) reported

@Fidomobile Got off the phone with them 20 minutes ago. It’s very frustrating, especially when the guy I was talking to had long pauses between questions and couldn’t answer simple ones. I asked if there was anything he could do to help, and said no.

  • LaerayaFPS Laeraya (@LaerayaFPS) reported

@Fidomobile has to be the absolute worst cell provider I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is garbage. 😪

@Fidomobile thanks but I can’t call if my phone is not hooked up and doesn’t work I will look into store in person but I am going to cancel all my services soon if this isn’t fixed thank you

@Fidomobile Thank you, please ask the tech guys to fix your website. You can’t send text to home phones. You need to unblock the system. Have a nice day.

@realanmolverma @Fidomobile @Fidomobile I was nor peoperly informed of your 3G enforced 75 dollar service charge. I moved to a different carrier today. Yet you have charged my credit card. Refund the 75 dollars. I do not wish to remain a customer to Fido/Rogers.

I got charged $75 by @Fidomobile for not using VoLTE, even though my phone supports it. No help was provided, and VoLTE only worked after I switched to Bell. The notice was vague and the fee unjustified. I request a refund.

  • DJBryson Deejay Bee (@DJBryson) reported

@Fidomobile I have a LG G8x. I used the tool you provided and it says my phone is compatible. But likely not, as my best option is GSM/ HSPA/ LTE auto. So, what is prob happening, when it loses LTE signal it flips to HSPA. And! They charged me 84.00 and won't waive the fee. Just wow.

  • _v_e_n 櫘 🦊🍡 in CA 🎻📷 (@_v_e_n) reported

@renukamendiss @Fidomobile I have already changed. Right away I switched, the VoLTE function was automatically enabled and saved me from using any of Fido's 3G. My device works perfectly, it's Fido's policy with OnePlus and now they are charging ne for their own problem. Crazy people.

@Fidomobile getting hit by the $75 3G charge...despite having canceled mobile services back in Jan/Feb. Had sent an email, only to be told that I have not transitioned to an upgraded network.
