    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile very bad customer service experience from @FidoSolutions . Going to #changeServiceProvider. Fido is discriminating with customers. As i am getting charged more for less data and my friend is getting charged less for more data.#badCustomerExperience

    Looks like i’m going to be filing a complaint to the CCTS about @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions since they decided to SCAM ME and now are making it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Complete and utter JOKE.

    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

    @Fidomobile your AI is ****!!! I'm having issues with the phone no longer detecting my sim intermittently everyday and you dumb AI can't send me to technical support. It's wants me to schedule a call and keeps on asking about making a payment.

    @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

    @Fidomobile @Rogers your towers are sending wrong GPS locations to phones. People in canada are pinging off towers in Peru. It's been a real pain. It has been multiple people with Fido and Rogers. Could you please fix this?

    @Fidomobile Activating the plan is easy, but cancelling it is a huge bureaucratic process. This is an abuse and a lack of respect for foreigners who use the service. But I want to make it clear that I will not pay anything. I ask that you act with decency and cancel the charges.

    @Fidomobile sucks ! If you're with Fido consider switching service providers. I suspect this is Rogers' grand plan to poach Fido customers but they won't get me. I'd much rather go to a whole other provider! Don't DM me asking for my account number either. Just do the needful !
