This dept has deals and offers regular customer service does not. Let them woo you w goodies. If unsure at any point, say you’ve gotta think about it and will call back.

Kate (@Han2451012192) reported@Fidomobile I’ve never experienced a horrible customer service like that. Unprofessional, hostile and crazy. This manager should be sent to a retraining program and teach her how to talk with a customer with courtesy!

Told the rep that I need more data to work properly with a hotspot… he transferred me …. Been on hold for almost 2 hours and can’t work.
