Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reportedShame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider. #scam

connor (@_connorrr_) reported@Fidomobile I have tried to cancel my mobile data plan and the only way to do so is by calling. I cannot do this because I am not living in Canada anymore and the international number does not work.

Lori (@LoriinDurham) reported@Fidomobile this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Waited over 2 hours for a booked appt and your service rep hung up before I could answer

Ad'Amore (@A_d_Amore) reported@Fidomobile I switched to a $27 plan that covers US roaming and free calls to 27 countries. After switching there are significant glitches that did not happen before. Is this a low tier service?

Jim (@Jim_363) reported@FidoMobile, I’m extremely disappointed with the current customer service experience. After 30 minutes navigating an AI system with no resolution, the only option to speak with a representative was to schedule an appointment a week in advance. As a customer of 20 years, this level of service is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty. @Bell, do you currently offer access to live customer service agents for long-term customers?

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile I originally signed up because of their $27 plan for 80gb Can/US/Mex, overall a great deal. Thing is, the service is really bad in my area. I can currently get around 500mbps down with Bell where I live, and with Fido I consistently get 2-3, maybe up to around 20mbps. (2/21)

Prab (@Prab28145294) reported@Fidomobile @fidomobile need someone from Fido to see why my travel plan is not working that I paid for already

Chirag Jain (@Chi_raaag) reported@Fidomobile I am trying to PORT my number from FIDO to other carrier and your customer service(Aman) they are just disconnecting my call. Meanwhile you guys are just overcharging for nothing. If this is the thing i will escalate this issue and will not pay my bill.

Arosha liny (@shalini_aro) reported@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

iVu (@WhoCntrl) reported@Fidomobile I accidentally deleted my eSIM while switching phones. Now, I’m trying to set up a new eSIM on a new phone, but I can’t because I don’t have access to the old phone number. When I visit the store, they says there’s an issue with my identification. Can u help
