    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile very bad customer service experience from @FidoSolutions . Going to #changeServiceProvider. Fido is discriminating with customers. As i am getting charged more for less data and my friend is getting charged less for more data.#badCustomerExperience

    @Fidomobile @CRTCeng we need better options. Our hands are tied. And I find the quality of customer service has gone down as well. Part of why I loved Fido was the customer service. @FreedomMobile I'm looking for options!

    @Fidomobile Why you haven’t added AppleWatch plans yet is criminal. I just preordered the new Ultra, my first cellular watch, and as a Fido customer for 15 years it’s seriously making me consider switching to one of the other non-Rogers owned networks.

    @Fidomobile needs help with their system. 2min automated call through 5 options to be told to click a link in a text to get a call back to another 2min of chatbot to find out that calls will be made in a few hours... Sorry but that's bad #UX.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Why the hell am i charged the activation fee. My friend who had bought fido sim on the same day had got waiver on the activation fee but i haven't got one. Such a bad service.

    @Fidomobile again my network is down, for the third time in under 2 and a half months. I need my phone for work, to receive packages, to be able to contact the outside world. I am done with this service, I think I'm going to look into bell.

    @Fidomobile you literally left people without the ability to call for help two months ago. Not to mention the many blackouts that impacted presentations I had and even a big a test.

    Has anyone made a complaint to the CRTC? We have been trying to straighten out a problem with @Fidomobile for over six months and they just rebilled again us for a down payment they weren’t owed and had finally refunded two months ago. We want to know what to expect from the CRTC
