    @Berry_xox @Fidomobile After all the games what's funny is they kept asking if they can help me find a new phone and contract. Lol. No apologies, no talking any responsibility and supervisor being offended that he was called on it.

    @Fidomobile if Fido customer support made guarantees and promises but then someone else tells you the next day that they wont hold to the promises made, tell you they dont know who the representative was then you would lose any trust or respect for the company.

    @Fidomobile wprst customer service received by manager olga emplyee id i1648770376, as when conplained to her about wrong charges she kept talking over me and when i asked her to listen she hung up on me

    @Fidomobile If you gave me free of charge the phone of my choice and a new one every year, a free case, free warranty, free charger, and 2 years free service, a written public apology, and a hit to my head so I'd forget this weeks experience, then I may consider staying with fido

    @Fidomobile after a nightmare of a week dealing with inept customer service. Canceled contract, dropped to 45$ basic plan and 5 days later after not getting what I was promised, charging me 1500 thinking the bill is finally correct, I get 1st bill for 137.77 after only 5 days
