    @Fidomobile . Hey Fido , how about hiring some people that can actually understand ENGLISH when you do callbacks . Something that should take about 1 minute has gone on for 20 . Your customer service is the absolute worst in all of Canada

    @Fidomobile Fido is down in manitoba cant make calls or receive cant text and no data bill is fully paid cant get to speak to a person at fido its been down for over 2 hrs now

    @Fidomobile so now there is a giant outage of RCS. It’s all over the news. Can you tell the public when this will be fixed since you have denied it all this time.

    It’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.

    @Fidomobile What is wrong with your custserv? AskJack is 100% useless, then tells me to phone. On hold for 30 minutes, I go to AskJack to request a callback & it says "maybe I can help you first." When I say it can't, it says again "Call us at 1-877-331-9209" & disables typing.

    What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days
