Oh, boy, is this @Rogers and @Fidomobile outage ever going to make it into my radio show on Thursday. Nothing should take almost 24 hours to fix when it comes to a wireless network.#fidodown #rogersdown

@Fidomobile Both the chatbot AI and phone AI cut me off, saying they're unable to make an appointment for a customer service representative to call me. I've been trying for days and keep getting the same message.

@Fidomobile ok, I'm not digging the new phone service thing you have. I need to cancel one of the lines I have and now is the only free time I have, yet it's telling me I have to wait till tomorrow to talk to someone. That's not cool.

@Fidomobile it's so difficult accessing customer service with fido, why? You are over charging customers and no customer service to report to.

@Fidomobile Hi, I need help regarding an unexplained $78.75 charge I received despite being on autopay. I’m on autopay and already paid in early July. I received a text about a $78.75 payment due. Could you check what this charge is for. Please provide a full breakdown.

@Fidomobile I need to speak with a support agent. The chat is telling me to call 1-888-481-3436, but when I call that number, they say they're having trouble coordinating to call me back. Can you help me?

@Fidomobile No, well yes, but, the time slot was the next day. I have 2 lines, I want to cancel one and I can't figure it out online. I work 10 hours a day, I am a single father, that day was the only legit time I had to make that call and now I'm screwed paying another $200 I don't want to.
