@Fidomobile still “no service” #fidodown I’m so stress out can’t connect to anyone no phone, no data. We deserve compensation 😡😡😡😡

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Been patient all day. Is there an update for service interruption? This is getting frustrating. Whole work day without network is not something I wish to deal with on a Monday! Better get compensated for this.

  • GoldrineMbombo Gold🇨🇩 (@GoldrineMbombo) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I need some sort of compensation for this! It’s 1600hrs and I still don’t have service. Why?!

  • d_spadafora Danielle Spadafora (@d_spadafora) reported

@Fidomobile I’ve had no service all day. With most of us working from home this is unacceptable. Do better. 🙄

  • shura_moscow Машонка Медвежонка 2.0 (@shura_moscow) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Yes sure. Don’t tell us.. Canadian wireless is the most expansive in the world.. I guess we should have more companies providing us service , not jus one Rogers and bell. Then you will be more responsible and way cheaper.

  • melanieelove Melanie (@melanieelove) reported

how are you going to compensate people for this **** @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions??? I work from home and need to call my clients so therefore, lost an entire day of work. such bullshit for how much you charge me a month

  • CoveriniShawn Shawn Coverini (@CoveriniShawn) reported

@trrrevor @Fidomobile @Rogers Same would apply for Virgini mobile if bell goes down

  • smellychickpea Ina (@smellychickpea) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile It's been almost 24hrs of people not being able to make crucial medical, work, and family phonecalls. I hope you are going to reimburse everyone for the inconvenience. People are paying you for this service. 😒

  • RaptorBorealis Half-Vaccinated Raptor Borealis 🇨🇦🇮🇱 (@RaptorBorealis) reported

@ShamusMcfamous @AboutRogers @Fidomobile If they upgraded the active core, they probably did the same with the standby nodes. There's probably a bug in the upgrade (CPU overload etc), so the redundancy wouldn't help much. Just my guess, but it's possible - the timing suggests something like that.
