@Fidomobile - this is a clear case of harassing a former customer to whom credit is due from your organization. A customer who has payed all his bills on time, but the organisation just does not want to pay the refund to the customer and harass him mentally. (Post 6/n)

@Fidomobile - I just went to my Fido account online to close it. Apparently one has to call you to do that. I'm deaf. I cant call. And that "Ask Jack" thing? Useless. Your service is not deaf-friendly at all and your storefront is closed due to COVID.

@Fidomobile my fido home internet is not working. I am trying to contact fido but none of the options take me to a representative. Why do you have terrible customer service? I am working from home and kids in this house need the internet for school.

.@Fidomobile When you make a promise to a customer, make sure you follow through. Or you will end up losing that customer. Switching to Fido was a terrible decision for me.

I've been trying to only tweet re: the consequential things the world is experiencing as a whole, but now that we've at least got an adult as the leader of the free world- Imma have a little tantrum about @Fidomobile having the absolute worst customer service of all time ever. :(

@Fidomobile - looks like you want your customers to beg for the money. Firstly a cheque was issues, which I encashed at my bank, the very next day the bank took back the amount stating Rogers has stopped payment. After multiple follow up the credit team confirmed that ( Post 2/n)

@Fidomobile lacks in customer service, empathy and thinking outside of the box. $56 charge for being on hold with Service Canada for Unemployment Benefits. I got charged money for making a phone call to help me get money. Hours on hold, no result, no call back. Disappointed.

After 2 weeks of trying, my complaint did not get resolved by @Fidomobile. My suggestion, do NOT believe anything their agents offer you.
