Author MJ ✝️ - BLOOD ON THE BORDERS (@TheHumbleLion_) reportedI want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reported@Fidomobile Shame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider.

Rob (@robertguenette) reportedWas a @Fidomobile customer for 18 years and cancelled today. They added a $5 charge to my already too-expensive plan and have been unwilling to keep me (not that you can actually talk to someone) Can’t wait for the win-back call in 2 weeks where suddenly they have flexibility

Kv N (@KvEncela) reported@Fidomobile was signing for a new plan and as usual nothing worked , submitted license and photo then shows message need more information and a contact number shows that is not in service, bunch of incompetent…

Arosha liny (@shalini_aro) reported@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!
-
Chelle (@traaashpanda) reportedIt’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.
-
Omotalade Kikelomo (@wandeomot) reported@Fidomobile why does a customer have to wait a week to speak to a specialist in order to dispute a bill? No regard for your customers?
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.

Nojan Emd (@EmdNojan306) reported@Fidomobile hi everyone my voicemail is still is on French and Fido Indian customer support said it was fixed. It’s not

Faye 🙋🏻♀️ (@ffurdyk) reported@Fidomobile why are you charging 2x for Travel Passes - due to a KNOWN billing issue - but decline my case when I’ve spotted the obvious overcharge of $160 on my monthly bills? Appreciate an explanation.
