@Fidomobile Every time I call customer service they tell me they are going to create an escalation ticket which takes 48 hrs to resolve. Basically I need to wait 48 hrs for something this company failed to fulfill. 3 escalation tickets so far. I want my money back!

@bhaveshnthakkar @Fidomobile I am just waiting for this contract to get over in 2 years and will move to any other network provider as soon as possible. No coming back to this trash ever again. Biggest lesson learnt. A company that over promises beyond their capability.

@Fidomobile Fido prepaid charged my an account an auto refill erroneously (my monthly auto payment was the day before and there were no calls/texts). It's been almost 2 weeks since I was promised a refund in 3-5 days, and support says they can't check the status.

@justlauralove1 @Fidomobile Fido technicians seem quite confused. They don’t understand my question and have no solution either. I have sent many messages, but I don’t think they really know what my question is.
