Been on hold on @FidoSolutions 24x7 tech support number for the past 35 minutes. If you’re going to make customers wait for so long, at least add more songs. #LongWaitTimes #MakeMyInternetWork @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile stop calling me from this (+1 877 866-9930) number. I am answering the call and you hang up after 3 seconds. It happened more than 10 times in last 7 days. I really don’t want what you are marketing, please stop!

@Fidomobile why is it that phone calls are going straight to voicemail? Text messages work.... calls do not. Are we gonna be credited a whole $1.50 on our next bill for this outage too? 🙄🙄🙄

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions you charged me a ridiculous amount on last bill without clarity. I lost valuable time in getting this sorted. Over a month & still no call back from a supervisor. Awful customer services

@Fidomobile has literally caused me so much headache. It’s been one week since I called to get home internet. One broken modem, countless calls to customer service, and waiting for tech to show up at home who never showed up(!!!) later and I still have no internet. 😑😖😖😖

@FidoSolutions Worst experience ever. Fido offered me a better contract so I would to come back with them. Accepted the offer on May 9th. After about 6 calls and 3 credit checks on different days with FIDO, 2 weeks later I find out they never shipped the phone. @Fidomobile #FIDO

@Fidomobile your podcast adverts are incredibly loud. I'm wearing headphones to listen to my fav podcasts and have to quickly rip them out whenever your ads come on so my eardrums don't explode. Can you fix this?
