    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Can you tell me why my phone down payments is not showing on my record and I am be billed like I didn’t make any payments. I have complained severally but no one is helping to resolve this issue even after showing a payment receipt. I am at this point so fed up

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile My phone is cutting out multiple times per hour. This is UNBEARABLE! I can't access my work apps without service leading to lost wages!!!!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile are you sure about that? it’s a full day later and i’m still without service, this is going on the third day. Seems a lot of others are in the same boat unfortunately, and “vast majority” does seem a bit of an overstatement. thankful i have Virgin wifi to even tweet this lol
