  @MsYouDoYou Weird! We got Bruce from Flirting with Fido who is VI based and they do trips down to Cali to pull dogs from the shelters there. There was a process but it was pretty easy!

  @Fidomobile why has it taken 7 phone calls so far, problem still not sorted out, for our Black Friday phone that never made it to us, was sent back to you, then cancelled and now you want to raise our monthly bill with no phone in hand yet. And we’ve been charged for everything.

  @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

  @Fidomobile @Rogers please please cancel my FIDO mobile connection. I have been trying to get it done for last 3 months but apparently your customer service doesn't work anymore. My account number is 50470501

  Yikes, @Fidomobile makes it really hard to get in contact with them. Used to be great customer service. But trying online chat is useless and phone just goes in circles. Time to switch.

Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct

  @CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Would it be too much to ask that these service providers put some sort of a check to charge the roaming like home daily charge only if the data used for the day is over 1MB, especially when they know about these issues ?

  @Fidomobile its impossible to get thru to an actual person in customer service and i am heavily considering leaving my contract early because of this
