Caitlin (@caitlinjannelle) reported@Fidomobile I have been a customer for almost twenty years, but the quality of your service and customer service have declined so dramatically that I’ll be cancelling my plan in three months’ time, once my device is paid off. Good riddance.

Flair905 (@NHGANG240) reported@Fidomobile is the WORST company on Earth

💱😎YYZ.STUNNA😎💱 (@Afropolitan_25) reportedWhoever's idea it was to get rid of customer service and have chatbots pretend to attend to customer needs is an idiot of the highest order. Seriously! How can you need someone for help but get no one except to schedule a stupid call back which you barely receive. @Fidomobile
-
PeeDee (@dejiadefila) reported@Fidomobile I have rang your office and the line cut off while attending to me but they never got back. I have requested a cancellation of my number but you keep sending me account billings. Why give customers 5-7 days before you reach out?

Dr. Strangelove (@Border_Guard77) reported@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Hey, AI Fido, please tell your overlords to fix that ******* app! I’m sick and tired of constantly having to sign in. Also tell your overlords that your company customer service is rapidly deteriorating and is very ******🖕

Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reportedShame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to old provider.#scammer

Vaibhav Panwar (@2vpvp) reported@Fidomobile Connecting to a customer specialist is so hard now. Awful experience. AI keeps on scheduling a call, there is NO option to connect directly, even if we need to speak right away. #Fido

آسمانگر (@eyesonsky) reported@Rogers @Bell @Fidomobile During the current internet disruptions, please help Iranians stay connected with their families by providing free calling services to Iran. Your support during this difficult time would make a meaningful difference. #DigitalBlackoutIran

Chelle (@traaashpanda) reportedIt’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.
