    @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

    @Fidomobile You charged me 126$ instead of my normal monthly fees. Trying to reach your support since last 2 days. No luck, no call back. Before I go other routes I want to try here.

    @Rogers I ordered s26 ultra 512 GB and sending me 26 basic with ultra price 😲 @Fidomobile @Rogers and they said we can't not cancel . you can just go to store and send back us why loose my time 😭

    Requested @Fidomobile to close my account, but instead was pushed to keep paying for unused services. Now facing unnecessary charges& collection harassment.If closed on time,this issue wouldn’t exist. Authorities should investigate such practices. @CRTCeng #ConsumerRights #Canada

    @soban_shaikh @Fidomobile Yeah. Their customer service has really gone downhill the last few years. I stayed with them so long because of the customer service but now it’s why I will be leaving unfortunately.

    Bring back real customer service with real humans ! You can't keep cutting costs like this. You guys are essentially fast tracking losing customers If that's the goal then fine @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile another week went by and my voicemail is still in French. No support from Fido. I have been placed on hold for hours
