@Fidomobile I literally have never had to deal with a worst company in my life. You guys charge extra charges, then to contact support it takes at least an hour, just to be talking with rude representatives. LOL, i am literally moving to Bell today.

@Fidomobile must be the most trash provider ever - how you give my number to someone else when I literally called to ask to temporarily suspend my number bc Im travelling? How do you make “mistakes” on bills by charging calls I clearly never made? 😤😤

@Fidomobile literally DON'T GET FIDO IN YOUR LIFE. They charge you 150 dollars of international roaming when you didn't even use the service. Furthermore they have held my 150 deposit for more than a year when I ALWAYS payed on time.

@bjnagel @Fidomobile man fido sucks the only reason i’m with them is my long term credit history… i’m not even sure if it matters at this point but they come up during my credit check

@FidoSolutions @fidomobile @fidosolutions email invoices are not itemized. To retrieve/archive an itemized invoice requires several steps. If you provided itemized invoices to begin with, this would not be a problem. This is poor customer service and asking $15 per PDF compounds it.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile i just reset my modem for the SIXTH time this morning. this problem has been ongoing since day one. 3 technicians you have sent. 3 technicians have told me that my problem was solved after fiddling around with some cables for a few minutes.

@Fidomobile is a great company if you ever want your phone to break, them to take a month to repair it, and then they send back a still broken phone. Oh and their customer support will just stop responding eventually. That's the @FidoSolutions guarantee!
