@Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

I find it an issue when CS reps ask you what’s wrong and you tell them what the issue is but they fail to actively listen your concerns. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 6x what’s wrong for you to grasp what’s wrong.Communication skills are important! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

Is it just me or is @Fidomobile 's data spotty on weekends? Fine Monday to Friday, crappy on weekends. They must turn the power down on Saturday and Sunday.
