If you are a @Fidomobile customer, I advise you not to pay for device protection from @Brightstar, now called 'Likewize' - worst service ever. Don't answer support requests. Charged me for a phone I returned. Totally useless.
@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions looks like its time to switch. Raised a complaint (#C170490831) on 10/10, NO resolution yet but internet speed has gone down from 200Mbps to 50Mbps. 👏👏

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions disheartened by misleading info from the agent who called to up-sell the plan. Resultantly, the bill came in for way too much than usual. Sadly, customer care staff cannot help! Ref: Call from Fido agent on 4th Aug.
@Fidomobile Your support guy did nothing and has not got back to me for 30 min. Do I have to buy a SIM card or new phone and contract with a carrier that cares?
