@Fidomobile I am unable to contact any customer service agent by calling 611 since a few weeks ago. How can I sort out a billing error? I can’t do it via AskJack bot

So I get an email from the CEO of Rogers informing me I’ll be receiving a credit equivalent of 1 day on my cell phone bill for the #rogersoutage. (Whoop-d-do) I get my bill today from @Fidomobile with no discount! #wtf!!! Anyone else experience this?

It’s actually embarrassing how bad @Fidomobile customer service is. And their network in general. Switching companies ASAP! Maybe to one that doesn’t lose service for days. Who should I go with ? @Bell_Support maybe?

.@Fidomobile @Rogers so it takes 5 full days to fix your outage and then 2 full months before the credit will be applied?

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Fido if you cannot value a customer who has been loyal to your company from last 2.5 years and if your customer care executives don't know how to treat your customers than please don't add new customer base.

After having no phone service for 6 days with @Fidomobile after @Rogers promised a discount on everyone's bills after the big blackout (note, my neighborhood was out for a week before that), there is no discount on my bill. Anyone else? Canada monopolies suck.

Boy, @Fidomobile has a seriously decrepit tech situation going on. I was told on the phone that you simply can't manage pre-paid accounts on the website, it has to be done over the phone. But the website lets you try to do it, it just doesn't work 🙃

@Fidomobile Also, misrepresenting your goods at point of sale is a violation of consumer rights act. However, even presented this information, Fido continues to avoid fulfilling refund, lies to its customer about promising refunds and create barriers to receiving customer service
