@Fidomobile Guys do not buy anything!!! This is the worst Canadian phone service ever if you can pay some bucks elsewhere do not hesitate! You will regret soon!!!

  • doginthehair las malas lenguas (@doginthehair) reported

@Fidomobile Guys before buying something this is customer service….

  • alenppc Alen Marks (@alenppc) reported

@Fidomobile I have a byod plan, in QC and the best I was offered by customer service yesterday was 1GB at $35. This is my second line, so I will be switching.

  • alenppc Alen Marks (@alenppc) reported

Once again @Fidomobile is about to lose a customer since they won’t match a public plan offered by @koodo. I bet if they lose enough customers they will match it in a week time but by then it will be too late. Would have preferred to avoid this hassle but here we go again #greed

  • attard1978 Eric Attard (@attard1978) reported

@Fidomobile tried calling twice today. Stayed on hold well over an hour both times to get hung up on by the phone systems. Also tried to online chat and was unable to even be placed in a queue. This is not great service.

  • TheWiseBear_ Prateek Kumar (@TheWiseBear_) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions is it possible to make a change in my upgrade my order before delivery? Unable to reach live chat or twitter support team at the moment.

  • doginthehair las malas lenguas (@doginthehair) reported

@Fidomobile Worst service provider ever! Please think it twice!!!!

  • nickdigennaro Nick Di Gennaro (@nickdigennaro) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile The problem in this country is that the #CRTC is in bed with these phone companies by not allowing more competition from abroad. So here in Canada we have the world's highest phone rates & companies can continue giving us lousy service without worrying about serious competition.

@Fidomobile thank u so much to Jenna. She helped me over the phone to deal with 2 separate issues. She worked very hard and I appreciate the time and effort she put in to solve my problems

Hearing about @koodo’s Black Friday deal ($45/month for 50GB data + unlimited talk/text AND a free iPhone 11?!?!) I’d be a fool not to switch phone providers! Especially after the joke of a credit @Fidomobile offered their customers after their 2nd outage in under a yr. #Koodo
