    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Someone at Fido needs to make it right. The customer service experience is abhorrent, have to wait 45 mins to speak to monster managers that don’t have the ability or the human decency to be good people. This is disgusting, just another broken company ripping people off.

    @Fidomobile I have been on hold on and off with your customer service for two hours now, my request is not that difficult ...how can I contact a manager there? This is ridiculous.

    @Fidomobile Well if that was working I wouldn't have to be here. It's surprising how no one wants to take responsibility to fix this because it is one small retail customer. If it was a big business this wouldn't be happening.

    @Fidomobile Trying to enter your @Wealthsimple contest and it never gives a "success" screen, and offers me the option to enter again if I go back to Fido Extra. Seems to be busted...

    3/3 The customer support experience is really pathetic. I found them to be very incompetent. They ask the same information repetitively. @Fidomobile on the other hand charges 7$/mo as temporary suspension fees on top of device. This is logical. Not full monthly plan + device.

    I am using Fido and I'm not getting even a 2G/3G/4G network at my home location in Scarborough(M1G 2Y8). I reported to Fido customer service but they didn't take any action. I'm facing this network issue for the last 6 months. Please help me out. @Fidomobile #FidoNetworkIssue
