To flip to a positive @Fidomobile in Canada & @TMobile in the U.S. have some of the friendliest, professional and humane customer service I've ever experienced in a telecom company.

Today's @Fidomobile data outage I experienced is giving me flashbacks to the Canada-wide outage- again left without connectivity & Fido was not at my side leaving customers in dangerous situations- this time during a power outage.

if you would like to have the worst cellphone experience possible I recommend @Fidomobile.

Dear @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions, I don’t think I’d use your chat service again for customer service: it’s WAY SLOWER than speaking to someone on the phone.

  • Drewisky1 Drewisky (@Drewisky1) reported

@Fidomobile as a customer with Fido I am begging for help. I purchased a TCL Pro from Fido have sent it in for defective repairs twice now, and now my phone cannot be found. I have spoke to C/S and store reps at Vaughan Mills. With no help. I am begging for help with my problem.

@Fidomobile @theresacb I do not recommend fido to anyone. They are big scam.. when they try to bring me back they offer good deal and when I use it. They charge me and tell me that it was not in my package and the person who offer me did not write it down. So bullshit. Will sure look for other company

JFC @Fidomobile is honestly the worst. Was online with an agent in April for an hour trying to cancel my home internet because was moving out of the country but the account is still active. Tf

@Fidomobile figure out how to get me in contact with your customer service or i’m going to close my account. the call back link bullshit doesn’t work

  • gravisan gravisan (@gravisan) reported

@Fidomobile what kind of dog 💩 website do you have? I reset my password to login to my account and it comes up with account closed, when I have an active billable account on there that I need to pay for. If you can't sort this out you should quit the consumer phone business.

@Fidomobile Home internet service has been down since 5 am at my area in Mississauga. They told me it would be back by 12 pm. Apparently not the case. I’m changing my service provider. I’ve had enough.
