Nick Rong (@nickwaternerd) reported@Fidomobile we are travelling in Europe but the Roam like home LTE has been terrible for the last few days, the data connection dropped/interrupted every few minutes. Are you still having network issue?
-
Shane Holock 🇨🇦 (@slip180) reported3 weeks before the Rogers black out my data went from 3G to H+ then back to LTE+ within a couple hours.. that is exactly what happened today in the exact same area it happened last time @Fidomobile I hope you know of these issues happening and it's just a issue

CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@HocKeysidhu @Fidomobile They don't always waive the charges if assisted by customer service. Sometimes they have promotions to waive them. Those promotions might only be store specific as well. If that store didn't enter the proper code to waive the fee, you might need to return to that store.
-
CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@HocKeysidhu @Fidomobile Fair enough, but had they been a customer in good standing for 30 days *before the referral? If both joined at same time, the referrer wouldn't be eligible to refer yet. Regardless, that 2-3 billing cycles is after their verification process

Femme (@thefemmefighter) reportedIm confused why @Fidomobile even has storefronts anymore when they can’t actually do anything to help and you always have to call customer service anyway. Rather annoying🤨
