    @Fidomobile Worst service I have seen ever in my life. I got huge amount of bill and there is no intimation. I asked your associate to add and he added plan from my next month. I will drop Fido services.

    Called @FidoSolutions, got transferred 5 times saying this is not the right department. Later, you guys disconnect my call. #fido #virus @Fidomobile Also, you charge me for the services I do not use. That’s like, bad 😢 I need compensation 😫 hehe

    I have been with @Fidomobile for over 10 years. 10 years - unheard of type of loyalty. After spending 3+ hours with their tech, they didn’t follow up after I had to hang up & reset my phone. I couldn’t send any text messages.

    @Fidomobile i have subscribed to an add on which provides me 1500 mins of international calling to specific countries. But I'm unable to track the usage of the mins on your Android app and website. Pls help me i don't want unnecessary overages

    @Brightstar - your replacement of my broken @Fidomobile phone was easy to book and prompt - so why did you send me a cheap third party charger and cable that fell apart on first use? Do better.
