    @Fidomobile I am close to phone rage at this time. How hard can it be to get human assistance and cancel my contract with you? This is precisely why I’m done with #Fido - the ridiculously expensive service too.

    @Fidomobile URGENT My wife’s credit score dropped 140+ points due to FALSE $627 balance on Fido account CLOSED & PAID in 2022 Same issue in 2024 fixed with written proof now AGAIN We have proof Fix with TransUnion & Equifax immediately or CCTS #Fido #CreditScore

    @FidoSolutions The callback option was 2-3 days away!!!!! That's unacceptable. The phone number is used for WORK. Please fix this ASAP. @Fidomobile @fidosolu

Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct

    @Fidomobile can you all imagine my voice mail is in French and I can’t get a hold anyone until Tuesday at 3:30pm. Because Fido’s customer service is in Indian. I have been with Fido for 20 years
