@Fidomobile Valerie you know you are the 15th person to whom i am explaining the same thing 🙁. Everytime new person bumps in and say good things but no resolution 😠

@Fidomobile you lost me as your customer because you are no longer allowing people to get a phone who used their overseas passport to sign up with you. I have been with fido for last 4 years and now I have all Canadian Id proofs but you guys made nothing works.

After having no phone service for 6 days with @Fidomobile after @Rogers promised a discount on everyone's bills after the big blackout (note, my neighborhood was out for a week before that), there is no discount on my bill. Anyone else? Canada monopolies suck.

@HocKeysidhu @Fidomobile That reply was in response to your post about *returning to Fido. BTW, Bell also has a 'Resume a cancelled service' fee (see link in other reply)

@HocKeysidhu @Fidomobile Fair enough, but had they been a customer in good standing for 30 days *before the referral? If both joined at same time, the referrer wouldn't be eligible to refer yet. Regardless, that 2-3 billing cycles is after their verification process

@Tr_1815 @Fidomobile Some 1-800 numbers are only free of long-distance charges in specific regions. All depends on from where the businesses choose to accept the charges. For example, some 1-800 numbers are only 'free' if called from within US. Also should note that with mobiles service,...
