@Fidomobile Hi Fido! I received a call from your Fido office (844) 379-4293 at 9:13am this morning. The person said he’s a Fido supervisor. He threatened me that if I continued to complain on Fido social media or to Fido customer service via phone calls, he will kick me out of Fido service.

@koodo Definitely, I will move to @koodo because @Fidomobile customer care executive promised me to provide JBL Tune 125 WTS but I haven’t received that. I called them then they said that we do not match offer with any provider. So why should I stick with Fido? I don’t have contract.

I have a billing discrepancy, and I am very disappointed with the @Fidomobile customer service. We had an "ongoing" offer for 1000 international minutes when we added a line. Suddenly, the minutes expire, and we have to face an 800$ + extra bill!

@Fidomobile this is my 5th or 6th issue with internet THIS MONTH. Talked to internet support and was told there is a problem in my area. Told the rep that I need more data to work properly with a hotspot… he transferred me …. Been on hold for almost 2 hours and can’t work.
