    @Fidomobile . Hey Fido , how about hiring some people that can actually understand ENGLISH when you do callbacks . Something that should take about 1 minute has gone on for 20 . Your customer service is the absolute worst in all of Canada

    @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile is there a known issue with landline CTNs calling Rogers and Fido wireless CTNs? I'm on Fido and can't call from ANY landline to my wireless CTN. Have no issues calling from a wireless CTN to my CTN.

    @Fidomobile @RogersHelps I was convinced to return with the promise of FREE US calling but now I’m being charged. A/C No 507570791. Called brand ambassador team many times.lady who sold me the plan is “never at her desk” & no callback yet. This feels misleading. Please fix ASAP
