@EmmaCParston @Google People complain that high quality electronic products by companies like Apple and Tesla are overpriced until they waste valuable time on the alternatives. For my part, I’m wishing I’d stayed with Fido & Shaw instead of getting duped into Telus’ marketing-first service-last model

@Fidomobile Internet sent me the worst router possible. I’ve been waiting for over an hour on wifi. Are there stores open where I can get a new router?

Something very wrong with @Fidomobile I've had #Fido for years and never used more than 1 gig of data. We get new phones and all of a sudden it takes 1 week to hit 2 gigs. I'm on wifi at work and home all the time yet data charges pile up. Something very wrong. Seems fraudulent.

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile yeah, but the same way this plan was available, another was offering less data also was and I decided to pick up the last one with no problem. To me it sounded like the person could explain why I was being charged for a plan that Fido regularly charges almost $50 bucks less.

@Fidomobile I just activated my sim yesterday and was on call with customer service and they informed me that my plan is 10 GB only. But the sales person who offered me this plan from Fido told me that plan is unlimited which is 10 GB full speed (you can check the call recording) #FraudFido

@Fidomobile MY WORST DECISION TO HAVE LISTENED TO THAT AGENT WHO FRAUDULENTLY SOLD ME THE PLAN And the customer service was no help at all... instead of understanding what i was going through on my very first day. They simply kept telling me that nothing can be done. #FraudFido

...I didn't cancel within 14 days, I get no refund. Despite never once using or inserting the SIM card in my phone and never receiving the service I was promised. Don't believe their bs promises, especially if you're a new customer. They're... @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Sorry, who are you? The $60 plan is avail to existing customers and I understand they might be sold or even be registered in the system diff\ly , but the service is the same: 10GB of data. I signed up for a 2y contract that should have been changed to a cheaper one when finished
