@EmmaCParston @Google People complain that high quality electronic products by companies like Apple and Tesla are overpriced until they waste valuable time on the alternatives. For my part, I’m wishing I’d stayed with Fido & Shaw instead of getting duped into Telus’ marketing-first service-last model

@Fidomobile - pathetic customer service. You send an “exclusively for you” offer which I opt for and place and order. Your store does not have the stock in spite of website showing it in stock. Dont know why you guys make us use express pickup if you cant deliver your promise.

But looks like your team does care about loyal customers. They are only stuck with your dated processes which make customer run from one channel to the other with no resolution. Time to switch. @TELUS @Bell do you guys care for customers? Or do you guys follow the @Fidomobile way

@Rogers & @Fidomobile are you still reimbursing customers for the wide-scale service interruption recently? We keep getting emails to say the issue wont happen again but our bills are coming in full price when most of us were without service for over 24 hrs & were unable to work

@Fidomobile ATTENTION: I HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT FOR 15 YEARS. I HAVE SPENT 4 HRS OVER THE PAST 3 DAYS TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. WHEN I TRY "ASK JACK" MY PROBLEM IS TOO COMPLEX TO DO OVER CHAT. IN TEARS TWICE NOW. I WILL BE LEAVING FIDO AND TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS.

@Bryson_M @Fidomobile I’d expect the next one. I got my bills just a day or two after the outage.

If you like having to restart ur phone every day, just so that it will perform its most basic functions, or constantly have to adjust the volume back up from zero while listening to a program, I recommend the @google #pixel6 from @Fidomobile. It's a piece of ****, but who cares?

Got my bill and there was no credit from @Fidomobile for the outage. Why let us down even more?

@Fidomobile can we seriously think of a way of implementing a system where caller has to also press a number based on our voice message in order to successfully reach our number (similar to calling customer service center system)? This will help filter out automated scam calls...
