It was A GAY all along (@mattie_rush) reported@Fidomobile Automated message says your customer service is open Monday to Fridays from 8am until 9pm. This however is followed by another message saying the offices are closed. It’s 8:18am ZERO of the automated messages fulfill my need. Can someone reach out for a fix. Thanks.

Hawa Gaffou G🤎 (@WawiiG) reported@Fidomobile I contacted customer service in order to get a refund of the roaming fee because I didn’t not use my phone on roaming at anytime since I had a local line. I contacted customer service, but the first person I spoke to placed me on hold for 10 minutes and ended up hanging up.
