    @Fidomobile I scheduled a call back for the next day to change my account. I get the call back and the service rep hangs up on me or “disconnected”. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to schedule another call back. This isn’t available online, please can someone just help today?

    @lynn130415 no one @Fidomobile dosent let u cancel ur phone plan then @Rogers threatens u with credit score issues and then eventually ur phone is cut off. then they offer u deals for how much little they r willing to settle with u when u wanted to cancel the plan before accumulating charges

    @Fidomobile Hi! I've been trying to connect my FIDO phone number to any one of the local Indian networks but haven't been successful. I've enabled FIDO Roam, purchased a travel pass, and tested every roaming setting on my phone, but I still can't connect to a local network.

    What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days

    Yikes, @Fidomobile makes it really hard to get in contact with them. Used to be great customer service. But trying online chat is useless and phone just goes in circles. Time to switch.
